The shower had hot water, the shampoos and toiletries

Cons:

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, and I became itchy during stay and got bumps. So did both of my kids. Breakfast was not stocked at all- the lady was too busy in kitchen talking about her night. Then I had left my shoes there at checkout and called to alert them & where they were (front desk) lies and said they weren’t there to check when home. I called back again and she was like no we already looked under the bed “we don’t have your Tori Burch sandals “. Well I had never mentioned the brand to her- so that should tell you all you need to know. About honestly of some staff.

Manager Omar finally made it right after a lengthy phone call and him wanting me to pay postage (however- I would have just got them before I left if I was not lied to)

Great value in Jacksonville
Pros:

Clean spacious room with comfy beds and great shower pressure in clean, roomy shower. Freezer area in room refrigerator for medical gel packs and OK breakfast.

Cons:

No hot tub, and the air conditioner blew directly on the bed.
