Pros:

The apartment is is in a great location but noisy during weekends. Also, it does not function as a hotel. Unit is nice, clean, and modern. The administrator was not very helpful. He is available only until 5 PM. If you need something after that, need to wait until next day. He wanted to charge me us$15 to deliver clean towels after 4 days of staying there. Ridiculous.

Not a hotel more like an airb&b.

Likes: Apartment was exactly as pictured, great space for family of 4. Lots of seating. Nice large balcony with a bit of ocean view if you lean over rail :) Secured onsite parking in basement.

Dislikes: Property seemed a bit fussy from check in process. Room was not cleaned properly, dusty on surfaces, dirty feet after walking bare-feet on floors, dirty couch, old dirty sponge in kitchen, hair in the bathroom from previous guest. Sheets looked clean but one had a large spot on it that looked to be residue left behind from a sticker. Didn't look presentable for guests to have to come and wonder what it is. Spot was too large to miss. Towels are provided but no washcloths. Shower head was clogged so rain shower was more like a drizzle. Construction going on directly adjacent so don't expect to sleep in. No house keeping.

3.5 out of 5 stars, few tweaks and property would be Awesome.
