Overall, my stay was seamless, comfortable, and truly exceptional.
Pros:

My stay was exceptional from start to finish. The location was perfect, and every interaction; from the front desk to the valet and doorman; was warm and professional.

The upstairs bistro was a great touch, and my room, including the bathroom, was incredibly spacious and comfortable.

Special thanks to Candy Cook for her outstanding professionalism. This property truly exceeded my expectations

Cons:

Beds were super uncomfortable, the air conditioning didn’t work in my room and it was almost 80 degrees all night. The staff that checked us in had no idea what she was doing and it took 40 mins just to check us in. Someone came by at midnight knocking on my door (I did not answer). Over all we will never stay here again…

Staff were great-

Cons:

We asked for our car the day we were leaving and were very disappointed. A huge footprint in the passenger front seat was noticeable-also, the car smelled like weed. We turned on the AC and an even more blew in the car. It was just very disappointing and made the owner of the car very upset.

The staff absolutely make this hotel experience positive!
Pros:

The property was clean and airy! The rooms were cleaned and in good condition with plenty of sockets and space for work. The staff are the shining light of the hotel… all staff members I encountered were so friendly, approachable and helpful! The team at reception have great personalities and made us feel special and comfortable, super attentive! Management should be really proud of how this team conduct themselves.

Cons:

Although not directly the fault of the hotel… there seemed to be quite a congregation of homeless outside or in close vicinity to the hotel. Sometimes coming inside seemingly asking questions which could be off putting to guests. Especially at night as a female traveller, this could feel a little intimidating.

Location was great for our plans. Bistro (kitchen) staff was very rude
Pros:

I was given the wrong times for breakfast and when I showed up minutes before the kitchen closed the staff was very rude. I did not order breakfast as a result

Cons:

Our bed was never made or changed for the 3 nights we were there
