Excellent interior ambiance.
Parking was abysmal. There was no preparation by the property or staff for what we were to expect. When we ask the valet staff for advice it was, “you’re on your own, dude.” Based on this, I would not stay at this property again.
Having a bar onsite was nice
Room was very dark. Air conditioner didn’t work well and was really loud. Coffee maker in room was broken and asked staff 4 times to replace it and for extra towels. Had to ask to have our room cleaned.
Nick and Jason was awesome to work with and was very helpful during my time there. They was also very friendly and understanding. @ Courtyard Cincinnati Downtown.
I stayed with Courtyard and had a great experience with Nick and Kaele! I was running late and they had my car ready for me as soon as I was ready!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Elevator worked. Room was clean.
Room overpriced. No parking had to pay for valet parking. Parking overpriced. Breakfast was overpriced. The air conditioning in the was not on when we arrived. There was the sound of running water the entire time in the room. The body wash in the shower was empty. Booked two rooms my friends weren't impressed either. Took twenty minutes to get a cup of coffee from their coffee shop.

I had the pleasure of running into both jadon and nick while they were on duty. They were professional, courteous. And friendly, as well as upholding the integrity of courtyard expectations. I do believe they would be an asset to the management team.

cleaning room staff was loud and slamming doors around 3 vs keeping the cleaning cart in the doorway.
They just kept opening and letting doors slam shut with carts in the hallway.
We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown. The location was unbeatable and within walking distance of so many attractions, restaurants, and Great American Ball Park, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Cincinnati.

No pool. Historical building and tight spaces make that a hard thing to do.
Nice, clean, and spacious rooms, with microwave and refrigerators! Great location, good parking! This place is ALWAYS our go to spot for overnight stays when in the Cincinnati area (about our 4th or 5th 😊), and always will be.
There wasn't any juices (orange, apple, etc) that could be purchased in the lobby store, would definitely love to see that, other than that everything was A1!!!
