I had the pleasure of running into both jadon and nick while they were on duty. They were professional, courteous. And friendly, as well as upholding the integrity of courtyard expectations. I do believe they would be an asset to the management team.

cleaning room staff was loud and slamming doors around 3 vs keeping the cleaning cart in the doorway.
They just kept opening and letting doors slam shut with carts in the hallway.
We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown. The location was unbeatable and within walking distance of so many attractions, restaurants, and Great American Ball Park, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Cincinnati.

No pool. Historical building and tight spaces make that a hard thing to do.
Nice, clean, and spacious rooms, with microwave and refrigerators! Great location, good parking! This place is ALWAYS our go to spot for overnight stays when in the Cincinnati area (about our 4th or 5th 😊), and always will be.
There wasn't any juices (orange, apple, etc) that could be purchased in the lobby store, would definitely love to see that, other than that everything was A1!!!
Hotel is in a great location and awesome staff! The parking is handled by a parking valet service and Nick, Sojo, and Jason did an excellent job parking and retrieving our car for us! I would highly recommend them over the Westin for parking. Westin is way too congested and hard to get your car into the area for valet. Courtyard just pulled right up on the side of street and they unloaded the car for us. First Class service.
Excellent valet service from start to finish. Very professional, quick, and respectful with my car. The valet was friendly, handled everything smoothly, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. My car was returned promptly and in perfect condition. Definitely one of the best valet experiences I’ve had — highly recommend!

Hotel was great during our stay! Absolutely floored over the valet parking! We stressed over driving our truck to Cincinnati and finding space to park it. $52 valet parking on top of hotel cost was a bit pricey to us. BUT Sojo and Jason handled our parking from when we checked in until we checked out and even beyond that when we left the truck there to attend the rescheduled game we attended. Sojo knew us as soon as we walked up to retrieve it. Made the experience with parking a full-size truck in the city WELL WORTH IT!!
The hotel has a very nice centralized location. The service, and cleanliness were great. The beds were comfortable and the price was fair. I didn't utilize any of the other amenities provided.
The thing I didn't like very much about my stay was that the shower in my room that booked for 237 dollars did not drain.
