Great guys to talk with, they did a great job
Nice hotel, clean, and easy to get to. The staff was super friendly. The valet parkers were wonderful including Nick and Sojo. Would recommend!
I had a great experience with the valet service, especially thanks to Sojo and Nick. They were both extremely professional, efficient, and friendly from the moment we arrived. You can tell they really care about doing their job well and keeping things running smoothly.
Even with how busy things were, they stayed on top of everything and made the whole process quick and stress-free. They handled our vehicle with care and had a great attitude the entire time, which honestly made a big difference.
It’s not always easy working under pressure, but they handled it effortlessly. Definitely the kind of team you want representing your business. Highly recommend!
Anytime we have to stay in Cincinnati this is our go to! The hotel is very clean on top of the hotel staff and valet staff being amazing as well. 10 out of 10!
Walking distance to places
Double charged us for the room. Finally refunded 1 of the charged but did the lesser amount instead of the amount Marriott charged me. Had to pay $160 for valet we only used to drop car off then to leave, parking is horrible in the area and that wasn't clear when booking. Cleaning staff asked us everyday if we were leaving, they had no idea who was checking out or when. Breakfast isn't included either, another surprise, its $15 a person per day.
The focus for our stay was “Opening Day” The Courtyard offered the perfect walkable location with spacious comfortable sunlit rooms - ours had a view of the river and the ballpark. Staff members were attentive and helpful! Valet attendant, Kaeleb was gracious and prompt retrieving an item from our vehicle our first day. Each front desk staff welcomed us back and offered to engage with us answering questions or requests. Housekeeping offered a perfectly clean room and supplied additional towels as we requested for subsequent days and guided us to the ice machine.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The hotel staff from the valet (Jason and Nick) to the front desk to the restaurant staff (Candy, Laqueta, Toiya, and Michael). I know there are more people I need to thank I am sorry if you helped us and I didn’t say your name. The food we had both for breakfast and dinner was delicious specifically the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Even for someone who is not a big fan of tomato soup it was DELICIOUS!!! Keep up the great work we will be returning soon, thank you!!!
Laqueta did a wonderful job. She was very professional. She was the only employee trying to serve many customers and maintained a great attitude. We will be back and hope she will be here when we come back.
