The property was modern , fun and the amenities where great
The spa area was a mess and complete disaster late at night when I wanted to use the sauna.
They need staff cleaning it through out the day/night.
The location is perfect and i just loved the whole video of the hotel. It’s exactly what i imagined a Californian hotel to be. Just beautiful
I didn’t love that the only place to have breakfast at the hotel was the rooftop, as beautiful as it was up there it was so so hot and we went in march.

Lovely hotel, kind & helpful staff, delicious food & restful sleep.
If I absolutely have to quibble, of course the deck chairs were all taken, but eventually some opened up, so all was well in the end

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Everything was wonderful from the moment I arrived until I left. I was immediately greeted with the kindest valet Boris Escobar, who not only made me feel welcomed but informed me of all the Fairmont had to offer. I will definitely be back!

The valet team is always fantastic - they are friendly, professional, and super efficient. They make the whole experience smooth and stress-free with their positive attitude and great service. I feel lucky to have gotten to know them a bit as I am a spa member and regularly visit for classes. Boris, Napo, Kris, Melvin, Aiden, Antonio, Salvador, Matt, and Gael, thanks so much for always making me feel welcomed and in such good hands.
I have been a client of 6 businesses at this hotel for 20 years. I have spent a literal fortune at this place.
Recently, management has been totally rude to me and have changed policies that are hostile to guests of the restaurants. I feel embarrassed to be such a loyal customer now, and refer this place for actual decades.
For example, they just this week decided to charge the SAME price but pour smaller glasses of wine. After 20 years !! As if we won’t notice this shrinkage? How about- make your guests feel welcome and thereby increase your monthly net, not by trying to trick us??
They have changed several polices at the Bungalow and the FIG restaurants as well that are hostile to customers. Despite whatever hiccup is going on with management over the past year, which I hope they fix, I remain appreciative to the following but not limited to-
Fernando, Juventino, Lupe, Eli, Emil, Rosebelin, Terence, Donna, Charlotte, Juanita, jennifer, Brian and both Angels.
Always appreciate Matthew, Gael, Kris and Antonio. Very welcoming. I’m a regular and they get it. Respectful and classy
