Absolutely beautiful hotel. Everything was wonderful from the moment I arrived until I left. I was immediately greeted with the kindest valet Boris Escobar, who not only made me feel welcomed but informed me of all the Fairmont had to offer. I will definitely be back!

The valet team is always fantastic - they are friendly, professional, and super efficient. They make the whole experience smooth and stress-free with their positive attitude and great service. I feel lucky to have gotten to know them a bit as I am a spa member and regularly visit for classes. Boris, Napo, Kris, Melvin, Aiden, Antonio, Salvador, Matt, and Gael, thanks so much for always making me feel welcomed and in such good hands.
I have been a client of 6 businesses at this hotel for 20 years. I have spent a literal fortune at this place.
Recently, management has been totally rude to me and have changed policies that are hostile to guests of the restaurants. I feel embarrassed to be such a loyal customer now, and refer this place for actual decades.
For example, they just this week decided to charge the SAME price but pour smaller glasses of wine. After 20 years !! As if we won’t notice this shrinkage? How about- make your guests feel welcome and thereby increase your monthly net, not by trying to trick us??
They have changed several polices at the Bungalow and the FIG restaurants as well that are hostile to customers. Despite whatever hiccup is going on with management over the past year, which I hope they fix, I remain appreciative to the following but not limited to-
Fernando, Juventino, Lupe, Eli, Emil, Rosebelin, Terence, Donna, Charlotte, Juanita, jennifer, Brian and both Angels.
Always appreciate Matthew, Gael, Kris and Antonio. Very welcoming. I’m a regular and they get it. Respectful and classy

Truly a wonderful visit. We held our annual board meeting here again! Facilities were perfect and staff was exceptional. Special shoutout to Amy and Eddie for their attention and great service. The food was yummy too. We will be be back here next year for the 4th time!
We had a family of 3 weekend at Fairmont. We stayed in Bungalow 4, it was perfect for 3 of us, their sofa bed is as comfortable as king size bed. I also liked that it was very close to sauna, I could wear bathrobe and walk to sauna and pool. We tried their breakfast and dinner. I have to say they are so friendly at Fig, you feel so much love when you walk into the restaurant. Food was so delicious and beautiful, their steak is the best in the area, really recommend trying. Great addition is electric bikes, it was cool experience to pick up the bike at the hotel and ride it along the coast. We also tried their house car, the drivers are very friendly and took us towards Venice. Incredible stay, that we will remember for years. Thank you!
I stayed in a bungalow with my friend. It was a lovely place to stay—close to the beach, quiet, and with a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I had a wonderful weekend there.

Came here with my fiancé and we had an amazing time at the fig restaurant because of the wonderful environment. I wanna thank Eddie, Amy and Johan for helping us with our vehicle and giving us directions they were so helpful and pleasant to speak with. They answered all our questions without judgement which made us feel reassured as this was our first time using valet.
This is just a fantastic hotel both for business and personal. I had several meetings here. Clients love coming to the hotel for breakfast or lunch at fig. Also, check out the pool. Look how nice it is photo attached. The weather is gorgeous. ethan at the front desk was a star and took really good care of us when we checked in.
Wonderful place, wonderful people! Everyone is amazingly kind and helpful. Sal and Victor at the valet area. Emil, Rosbelin and Lupe at the restaurant. Angel and the drivers. All just friendly faces with nothing but respect.
Absolutely fantastic experience! We particularly appreciated the support we received from Ekaterina, Michelle and Brianne. Room was terrific, meals were awesome and it was just a great experience to share with family
