Outstanding historical hotel with friendly staff always looking to make our stay great!
Pros:

Interesting history, ownership, cool
Bungalows, very kind staff, a movie was being filmed there- many exciting things make the hotel what it is!

A fun time at the Miramar
Pros:

Matthew the valet and Victor the concierge provided fantastic support and help. In fact they were typical of all the staff who were professional courteous and respectful plus they were friendly and so having a chat was very enjoyable
So if you are in Santa Monica stay at the Miramar hotel it is a great experience

Pros:

I got my first room and was not pleased with it, although the view was impeccable. I called Destiny at the front desk and she made the changes with minimal cost to make me happy. Destiny was the greatest!

Cons:

Some of the rooms were older and the decor could use a refresh.
