This is a newer hotel that is clean and has a lot of conveniences. The breakfast was good, although there is not quite enough seating and there may be a wait. The staff was working very hard to keep up. It is convenient to walk to the Parque Alameda area. The staff were very nice. I like the free water dispensers. We found it quiet at night (no big city hotel is going to be silent)
There were some maintenance issues. For example, we had to take very short showers because the drain did not work properly: the bottom of the shower quickly fills and threatens to overtop the 2 inch water barrier to the rest of the room. The showerhead needs to be replaced as it was spraying all over the place, including on the ceiling. This is not the best neighborhood and it did not feel safe to walk after about 8pm. There seem to be a lot of people struggling with addiction on the surrounding streets and several took an uncomfortable interest in me.. It's an area with a lot of heavy traffic, so except in the middle of the night, going just about anywhere in an Uber will take longer than walking.

Bed was comfortable. WiFi was very fast (200 mbps). Cleaning was very thorough. Very close to two subway stations and bus lines.
The free breakfast was disappointing, only a small selection and hot items were not very appealing. There were some issues with the hot water - it would only run for like 5 min then turn cold.

Struttura bella e moderna . Camere grandi e dotate di qualsiasi cosa . Persino la filodiffusione tramite blutooth ( cosa particolarmente apprezzata da mio figlio )
Ubicato in zona vicinissima allo zocalo ma estremamente caotica . Le camere sono insonorizzate e non si avverte nessun rumore ma quando devi muoverti in taxi e’ un vero delirio . Per fare 3 km nelle ore di punta ci si impiegano 30 minuti .
Hotel pulito ed essenziale
Posizione pessima. Mai state in una camera più rumorosa di questa. Nonostante l'hotel abbia scritto di aver delle camere insonorizzate, le camere che si affacciano sulla strada lasciano passare qualsiasi tipo di rumore della strada e dell'hotel. Da questa punto di vista, davvero una grave mancanza.
