El baño y ruido

Rooms and food.
Roches in room and food was cold and not to flavorful.
Water pressure was bad

Our room floor was not clean or mopped. The bed blocks the closet completely and there’s nowhere to hang clothes. The shower had some type of red worm crawling around, it might have came up the drain (not sure). The parking lot had an awful smell like dead animal around or old trash.

The room was very small and old, the window blinds didn’t close all the way so a lot of light could come in the room, the bathroom sink was clogged, the bed was very small. The hotel is in a very busy street across the street from a super market, so you can hear everything from the room. We ended up switching hotels because we were very uncomfortable in this place.

The worst experience we have ever had. There were roaches in room!!! Actually our entire party had roaches in there rooms. I let the staff know about the roaches. And they came with a bottle of Raid! But that did not fix the issue. We were letting each other borrow the can of of Raid throughout our stay! Completely unacceptable. The staff just acted like it was normal and no big deal. They didnt feel any sympathy for us.The water pressure was horrible and uncontrollable. It fluctuated from extremely boiling hot to ice cold. The pillows and bedding were old. The bed was very uncomfortable. No counter space in the restroom. Overall , the room was very old and outdated. Now let's talk about the restaurant. Very pricey and small portions. Our last night there, We ate at the restaurant and 4 out of 8 of us got food poisoning. They all had a dish that had cheese in it which may have been the cause. It was a horrible drive home for all of us. Their staff seemed to be very young and lacked experienced. They were not very hospitable and consideret to our issues.. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

The hot water did not run continuously. The bath was not comfortable.

No savia que tenia que dejar avisado para que me prendieron la fogata más noche..recomendación es dejar una persona para que conteste el teléfono de servicio..

The location was in a small town. I would have preferred a setting in the coutryside.

Llovió todo el tiempo, mi cuarto tenía goteras, no hay un punto de reunión para grupos hasta tarde si el clima está así lluvioso ya que el espacio es abierto y nos apagaban temprano la fogata.
Y no dejaron jabón para el cuerpo en el baño

Algunas de las habitaciones de la familia tuvieron problemas de drenaje, y podrian mejorar en la limpieza y el remplazo de toallas. La habitacion cuenta con servicio de Sky, pero no tenia control para su uso, no se si se ofrece ese servicio.

Mi cuarto olía a caño, Pero el hotel es bonito
