One night stay
Pros:

One night stay for us but would definitely come back and recommend.

Parking- self park is $10 valet is $40
self park is conveniently located at the back and it feels safe.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. From reception to parking to housekeeping. Even the general manager who took his morning time to greeat the guest during breakfast. Room was clean. Shower Pressure was mid.

We had a great stay. Thank you.
There’s an indoor pool and lots of shared space for meetings

Customer service at the highest level in the very center of the city.
Pros:

From the moment you entered the hotel, you could feel exceptionally good energy. At the reception we were greeted by two people working that day, with a huge smile and a very positive attitude. Check-in went quickly and smoothly, we immediately received a card to the room. When I asked about a few places we would like to visit in the city, I was asked to come back for more information after unpacking my suitcases. Very nice Art’Trell and Leah told us where to go, where to eat well and what to visit - it was extremely kind and nice of them.

Visiting more than 100 hotels a year, we have not met such a nice and positive service for a long time. I believe that such employees should work at the receptions of all hotels - after all, this is the heart of every facility. This level of service definitely deserves recognition and recognition. The hotel itself was very clean, pleasant, the breakfast was delicious and the organization of the staff’s work was very good.

Cons:

The only drawback was the fact that on the day of our arrival there was an elevator failure, so we had to wait a little longer to get to our floor.

Needs some work/maintenance.
Pros:

Typical Townplace. Good location and nice staff. Our door as not working correctly. The shower floor was very slippery. And why is Marriott using substandard TVs? I do not think you can buy one with a worse screen and less options at WalMart.

The layout of the room was odd too. Had to move the sofa to see the television.

Breakfast was average good and the saltwater pool was a plus!

Great hotel - park across street for less
Pros:

Very nice hotel in an excellent location for downtown Cincy. Easy walk to the ballpark and lots of great restaurants. A couple of blocks from the free streetcar. Breakfast was fine.
Parking: There is a $40 valet out front. But almost directly across Race Street from the hotel is an open lot that was never full but felt very safe - plenty of cars coming and going. $13.50 per night including fees pay on your phone (less on weekends) and come and go as you please. Left our car there 3 nights no problem.

Perfect in every sense!
