Pros:

Great space and room. My window in 503, the shade/drapes didn't work. Hopefully it does now as i brought it up to the front desk.

Cons:

I thought the breakfast needs some life popped into it. There was no non-dairy alternative to add to the coffee and the food selection was small. You need to up your game regarding breakfast.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Staff was warm and friendly. Super helpful immediately. There were no doubts. We were able to have early check in no questions asked.

A comfortable, but slightly noisy stay in downtown Cincinnati.
Pros:

The hotel seemed clean and secure. Anyone staying should be reminded to never leave your room without your keycard. You need to understand that every door in the hotel requires a keycard to enter including the elevator... The complimentary breakfast was adequate, and the coffee was pretty good.

Cons:

I really only had 2 things that i didn't care for, but to be fair there isn't much that can be done about either one. First, the hotel does not have any parking spaces. They offer valet parking at a relatively expensive rate. So guests are left to fend for themselves when traveling in a car. The second thing is the noise. We had a room on the 3rd floor over-looking 7th St. The traffic noise was very loud and I was very concerned that I might not get a wink of sleep but I guess I was tired enough that I fell asleep and was only awoke a couple times. But light sleepers beware and bring earplugs.

Overall the hotel met our expectations. Monte’s at front desk was exceptional and very informative.
Pros:

The room was great size. The toiletries was fantastic and moisturizing.

Cons:

I didn’t like that parking wasn’t connected and we had to pay separately.

Things were pretty alright besides the noise.
Pros:

Location, free breakfast.

Cons:

There was a horrible noise that kept recurring (possibly from an appliance. It kept waking us up and we could not figure out what it was.
