Friendly staff ,good location, comfortable and clean environment . I felt safe.
Pros:

Friendly and supportive staff. Excellent room, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Room service, took over an hour and a half for the food to arrive. I ordered desserts and none were available!
The hand rail in the bathroom was broken and rusty,(health and safety issues).It needs to be replaced, it was an eyesore!

Overall, an enjoyable stay in an convenient location, with top services and friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Good breakfast choices. The location of the hotel to the international airport was excellent. Staff were courteous and very professional. This is my second time of staying at this hotel and I love it!

Excellent experience, a place where I felt safe and welcomed
Pros:

Practically home to home. Comfort, cleanliness etc and
Staff are eager to help. I needed an additional chair for my meeting and a helpful cleaning manager, went out of her to obtain for me a chair.

Cons:

The room could do with extra tea bags, coffee, milk and it would great to have some snacks ie biscuits & sweets

Will love to cone back again,
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, room was very clean,I was just concerned that there was no rug in the room.only tiles,would have expect a small rug(persian) by the tip of the bed.

Pros:

Piuttosto vicina all’aeroporto di Lagos, Molto pulita, arredata e servita con tutto il necessario, camere dotate di una piccola cucina con tutto quello che può servire! Piscina con bar piuttosto grande e alta, dotata di salvagenti ed una doccia spa.
Molto difficile trovare qualcosa di simile in zona, consigliata!!

Cons:

Ho avuto difficoltà a pagare con la carta di credito Visa, meglio avere una carta di debito o contattare la struttura per capire come pagare.
Sarebbe stato bello trovare una mini piscina per i bambini piccoli

Ich hatte die Suite gebucht. Die Ausstattung war ok.

Cons:

Der Service war weit unter den Erwartungen. Die Küche wurde erst nach 3x nachfragen gereinigt. Während meinem 8-tägigen Aufenthalt wurde das Zimmer während 2 Tagen überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Es wurde vergessen Handtücher im Zimmer zu lassen.
Angestellte rufen im Zimmer an, um nach einem persönlichen „Geschenk“ für sich zu fragen.

The staff was great and gracious during my stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good, adequate for Nigerian food, I suppose; however, I feel that there could have been a few more American or other cuisines available. Also, coffee, not instant, please. Also, I didn't like the fact that I was charged for a full meal when I only had coffee for breakfast.

Quite relaxing
Pros:

Even though when I arrived, they said my room is not available, they proceeded to give me a bigger room at no cost. The manager was really helpful and sorted everything immediately.

The wifi was poor.
