Horrible and not worth the money
Pros:

It was close to the airport

Cons:

Firstly, the location of my room situated next to what appeared to be either a storage or staff room caused significant disruption. Throughout the night, staff members used the adjacent room as a social gathering space, resulting in persistent and excessive noise. This disturbance was continuous and made it extremely difficult to rest. As a direct consequence, I was only able to get approximately two hours of sleep during my stay, which is wholly unacceptable.
In addition to the noise issue, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The towels and bed sheets provided were visibly stained with brown marks, which raised serious concerns regarding hygiene and housekeeping standards. Furthermore, during breakfast, I was surprised to find that bottled water was not included and that I would be required to pay an additional charge for it. I found this both unreasonable and inconvenient, particularly given the already unsatisfactory experience. I would also like to emphasise that I did raise these concerns with staff members during my stay. However, despite bringing these issues to their attention, the situation was not adequately resolved.
Overall, my experience was highly disappointing, and I did not receive the level of comfort, cleanliness, or service that would reasonably be expected. I trust that you will take this matter seriously, investigate the concerns raised, and take appropriate action to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

Friendly staff ,good location, comfortable and clean environment . I felt safe.
Pros:

Friendly and supportive staff. Excellent room, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Room service, took over an hour and a half for the food to arrive. I ordered desserts and none were available!
The hand rail in the bathroom was broken and rusty,(health and safety issues).It needs to be replaced, it was an eyesore!

Amazing location and beautiful place to stay
Pros:

Overall, an enjoyable stay in an convenient location, with top services and friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Good breakfast choices. The location of the hotel to the international airport was excellent. Staff were courteous and very professional. This is my second time of staying at this hotel and I love it!
