Pros:

Location nothing else

Cons:

The manager was very rude they didn’t clean the room for 3 days one day didn’t have hot water and the day I left they called me saying that I left the room a mess I have all the the text messages about how they trying to fix the hot water and they were short on staff to clean the room the worst experience I ever had they also changed my credit card 200$ extra dollars the worst experience I ever had

The room was renovated recently and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was served in the adjacent Comfort Inn. It took us a while to figure out where the breakfast was served. There isn't anyone at the Heritage house inn lobby till 7:30 AM so make sure to get the directions when you check in.

Volvería a escoger este lugar. Todo muy limpio. Personal muy amable. Desayuno muy bueno. Cerca de playa y tiendas.

The hallway to your room alone was gorgeous. The room was a good size. We had two beds. Good size closet and drawers. Very clean. The staff is wonderful. Evan got a hug when I left

Cons:

Went through booking dot com. Not happy. I wanted a hotel with breakfast, an indoor pool and a hot tub. My criteria.They showed me the Heritage house. It looked great, booked it . Day before I went, I got a text that said something like by the way you have to go to another hotel for breakfast and pool. I'm 62 and my friend is 68, with some medical issues. Felt extremely deceiving

One of my best stays in Hyannis!
Pros:

I enjoyed the accessibility to Hyannis and surrounding areas of the hotel. The staff was very kind and the hotel was nicely organized and cleaned.

Cons:

There is nothing I did not like, the parking was very accessible and accommodating.
