Well worth staying herd just assume you go out for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to oth
Pros:

Updated, clean snd very comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was not very appetizing. Everything was nicely put together but apart from coffee, bananas, apples, yogurts and oranges, they wasn’t much of anything nutritious. Eggs didn’t seem like real eggs. Oatmeal packets had sugar etc in them. We ate breakfast out after our initial experience.

The manager was very rude they didn’t clean the room for 3 days one day didn’t have hot water and the day I left they called me saying that I left the room a mess I have all the the text messages about how they trying to fix the hot water and they were short on staff to clean the room the worst experience I ever had they also changed my credit card 200$ extra dollars the worst experience I ever had

Very pleased overall. Cleanliness a huge plus. Kudos to the housekeeper!
Pros:

Very pleased with how clean the room was, especially the bathroom. Very nice to have 4 sets of towels displayed upon our arrival.
Excellent organizer module.
Close proximity to Main Street and the ferry terminal.

Cons:

Both the entry (of the hotel room 604) door and bathroom doors were stuck. Had to nudge it open. Made a very loud noise every time we opened/closed the doors.
Could have added more liquid soap in the containers.

Having to check in by a certain time was a bit stressful.

Pros:

The room was renovated recently and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was served in the adjacent Comfort Inn. It took us a while to figure out where the breakfast was served. There isn't anyone at the Heritage house inn lobby till 7:30 AM so make sure to get the directions when you check in.

Pros:

Volvería a escoger este lugar. Todo muy limpio. Personal muy amable. Desayuno muy bueno. Cerca de playa y tiendas.

Cons:

La única queja que tengo es que las papas del desayuno no estaban bien cocidas.
