A wonderful hotel experience with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location, with convenient access to nearby attractions while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were well kept, room was very clean and the ceilings were super high which made the rooms feel spacious.

They were the most pleasant people in this sector. I have never seen any hotel that helpful to customers. Very clean

I loved the Grand Palazzo and would recommend it whole heartedly!
Pros:

The staff at the front desk were phenomenal especially Kausar, Katerina and Duccio. They made last minute reservations for me at impossible to get in restaurants served me amazing macchiato when I arrived and accompanied me personally to show me the room. My husband loved the candies by the water tray.
The hotel is a few minutes from the Duomo and Metro yet on a quieter street. Perfect for exploring Milan and resting

Cons:

The way the breakfast was laid out next to the book shop on disconnected tables in a long narrow space in the bar was confusing. The variety was also limited for a 5 star hotel and the servers were a little cold and unhelpful.

Excellent stay and will definitely return for Milan trip
Pros:

Room was good, bathroom is excellent and spacious and newly built. Breakfast is amazing with large selection of both hot and cold dishes.
