Perfect location but not a 5 star experience
Pros:

The location was perfect, the staff were nice.

Cons:

The air in our room was not working properly, it could not reach the temperature it was set at and remained 23.4 throughout our stay. We asked that it be fixed several times and all they did was bring us a fan that was actually a heater. Our friends were staying in another room and their temp was perfect. The shower get and shampoo were also empty in our room, we were told by staff they were out of them so we washed and shampooed with the hand soap.
