The $15 daily parking fee, I was there Friday 5pm to Sunday 10am and was charged $50. This is an Excessive fee, the hotel makes more than $500,000 a year just in parking.

Clean room and AWESOME restaurant
Beautiful, clean and well decorated hotel in the middle of Dillon Lake community. Walkable location, outdoor hot tub, beautiful views of the mountains and sunset.
Prices in the Vue Restaurant were high. Food and view were great though.
I never leave bad reviews. Ever. I always try to find something positive about a stay. But cannot about this hotel. We checked in around 3. At 4 they’re was loud banging that was continuous. It was still the day time but since we had not even unpacked I went to the front desk to ask to change rooms. The front desk staff was no help. Said the hotel was full and nothing she could do. But people were checking in up to 9:00 pm that night. At 11:45 pm we went to the front desk to see if they would call the people above us. She said she would contact the person that arranged this party. We travel frequently and would never stay at a Hilton Homewood's suite again. And will post about our stay to our friends and family. Do didappointed

The lake and mountain view from the upper deck is awesome. The location is perfect for access to Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper, Vail and of course Dillon. Biking and hiking is readily available.
The pool is awesome and the rooftop restaurant is fabulous! Walking distance to the Dillon Amphitheater but you will be walking uphill to return to hotel so take your time and take breaks if you are a flat lander. If you are in shape, you can walk down to the marina and along the lake. Our favorite hotel near Lake Dillon!
This is my third time staying at this hotel, and while I’ve had positive experiences in the past, I was disappointed with my most recent stay. The room we were given had issues with the stove—one burner would not turn on at all, and the other had a broken handle, making it difficult and unsafe to use.
As someone who has chosen this hotel multiple times, I expected better maintenance and attention to detail, especially when it comes to basic amenities like the kitchen appliances. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that rooms are properly inspected before guests arrive.
Check in was not smooth. Clerk could not find my reservation and demanded a confirmation number. I looked up the confirmation number in my email and when I gave it to the clerk she said “oh”. No apology or explanation as to why she couldn’t find it under my name. Also, water pressure was very low.
