We felt no welcome!
Pros:

A very disappointing experience that was far from what one would expect from a four-star spa hotel.

Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel by email to arrange a special setup in the room (cava, chocolates and seasonal fruit), as it was meant to be a surprise for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday. I clearly asked to pay for the extra in advance, specifically to avoid having to pay for it at reception in front of him. The hotel never replied to that email.

Upon arrival on Saturday afternoon, during check-in, the experience at reception was extremely unpleasant. The receptionist on duty at that time was unfriendly, dismissive and disrespectful, and her attitude noticeably changed the moment she realized I did not speak Swedish and needed to communicate in English. From that point on, she became visibly impatient and cold, looking us up and down and making the interaction uncomfortable.

At one point, she even spoke to me in a raised and aggressive tone, saying “wait a minute, I’m not finished talking to you”, which is completely inappropriate in any hospitality setting. Speaking English is entirely normal in a country as international and touristic as Sweden, especially in a spa hotel, and it should never result in a guest being treated poorly.

Despite my previous request, I was told at reception — in front of my boyfriend — that I had to pay 800 SEK for the cava, chocolates and fruit, which completely ruined the surprise. There was no discretion, no empathy and no attempt to handle the situation professionally.

When we finally entered the room, the so-called “special arrangement” was extremely underwhelming. For 800 SEK, we received:
• a few slices of melon,
• three very basic chocolates,
• a very low-end cava presented as champagne,
• two mismatched champagne glasses, one of which was dirty.

Perfekt til kæreste get away
Pros:

Super skønt sted i dejlige omgivelser. Virkelig lækker mad - vi fik a la carte til aften og lækker morgenmad.
Skønt at der var slot tider i spaen - så var vi ikke så mange.

Cons:

Manglede lidt fornødenheder i form af vatpinde, makeup pads etc efter spa.
Og lidt larm fra gangen via døren til værelset.

Fantatiskt Spahotell med lugnt läge vid havet med alla funktioner du kan tänkas behöva.
Pros:

Fantastiskt läge vid havet där ett dopp är ett måste. Underbar och unik byggnad med fantastiska rum med bjälktak (våning 3), modernt uppdaterade med allt du kan tänkas behöva. Badrock, tofflor, elkontakter där du behöver dem, ljuvliga handdukar. Tyvärr missade vi att det fanns mörkläggningsgardin i det öppningsbara takfönstret och därför blev vår natt inte den bästa. Suverän frukost där du även kan beställa omeletter. Underbar utemiljö för frukost eller middag. Ljuvlig och intim Spa miljö med de viktigaste funktionerna. Hit vill vi komma igen.

Cons:

Jag saknar body lotion på Spa hotell som erbjuder Kerstin Florian produkter.

Pros:

Maden var rigtig god som den plejer. Der var det der skulle være i spa området.

Cons:

Var svært at sove med støjen fra ventilationen, det støjer langt over 30 dB. Udover det blev der fundet en del skækkræ på værelset.
