Repeated Disappointments
Cons:

This was not an isolated incident. I have booked many stays at this hotel, and similar problems continue to happen. Because it is one of the closest hotels to the hospital, I kept giving it another chance, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, they haven’t. Unless the management seriously improves customer service, communication, and respect for reservations, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, this hotel has consistently disappointed me. The staff speaks very limited English, making even simple conversations unnecessarily difficult. The rooms often smell strongly of cigarette smoke, and the bathrooms are far from clean. For a hotel that accommodates international guests, this level of service is unacceptable.

Pros:

The room was too clean also the bathroom. I had good experience in it. About staffs, they were too kind and friendly. Also had different services like laundry and airport transfer and some like that.
