Breakfast had variety.
The front desk clerk at check-in was average. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and he told us to go to Vincenzo’s. We walked there, it was closed on Sundays. Seems he should have known this. When I remarked that we’d gone there, it was closed, his response was a shrug. Asked for a room with a nice view, our view was the sheriffs department parking lot.

Location was perfect for our needs. Hotel was clean and quiet.
It’s not the hotel ‘s fault but the people across the hall cooked fish on Wednesday evening and the smell permeated the hallway and even found its way to our room. After their departure the staff cleaned and aired out the room.
Very clean, newer property. Fantastic comfortable rooms that felt more like a studio apartment. Jasmine at the front desk is phenomenal and so sweet and helpful! Stephen in the bar was a pleasure to chat with while enjoying a drink. We visited him both nights we were there. Please let them both know they are doing an outstanding job with excellent customer service.
We were right on the outskirt of downtown and while there were things walkable within a few blocks, there wasn’t much right by the hotel. Also learned one block over was the start of the “projects” but I felt completely safe at the hotel.
Didn't like that the bar was closed down for four days during our time
