Pros:

we requested a room transfer because it's beside the road, and you can hear every vehicle passing by
they'd allow only if there were vacancies, and luckily they did

Just ridiculous
Pros:

Buses downstairs honking all night and day, served old reheated food I'm certain of that, found a giant pubic hair on my plate after eating my sisig, promised same price by manager for an extra night as the two days I booked, but reception the next morning refuse to honor that deal and price, wanting 700 php extra. I will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
