Pros:

Camera pulita e confortevole, in una posizione comoda grazie alla fermata dell’autobus nelle vicinanze. L’unica pecca è l’assenza del frigorifero.
Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità dell’host, che mi ha inviato una lista di suggerimenti con supermercati, bar nelle vicinanze e le spiagge più belle da visitare. È stata sempre gentile e pronta a rispondere a tutte le mie domande, oltre ad avermi permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out.

Lokacija. Blizu je centra grada

Cons:

Smestaj nije bas bio cist. Bio je crnih dlaka. Nema frizider(nama veoma bitno). Parking se naplacuje 10e za motor. Sve u svemu nije nesto za pohvalu

Not a hotel!!! , confusing communication, wrong facilities description.
Pros:

It looks like on the pictures and it is clean. Airco works well.it is rather clean.

Cons:

It is not a hotel, more like Airbnb. Communication with staff is confusing, they are bullying you to pay for everything including 25€ for parking just in the front yard.. breakfast is in the cafe in the city which was not clear from the description. Parking at the cafe was also paid by the way. It is situated not in the best part of the town and not many places around to eat.
We booked it as an overnight stay on our way to vacation, and it gave more stress than relaxation…

The room and service experience did not match the expectations created by the listing.

The location was reasonably convenient for visiting Split.

Cons:

The actual room did not match the expectations created by the listing photographs and review score.
The room was much smaller and more minimally furnished than expected. Storage space was extremely limited, with only a small open rail and 2 hangers for two guests travelling with luggage.
Amenities were basic and insufficient for two people. Only two bath towels were provided, with no hand towels or face towels. Toiletries were minimal and consisted only of a small shower gel bottle 30 ml and soap bar.
During our stay we discovered that the hairdryer was not functioning and there was exposed visible wiring near the mirror area, which raised safety concerns.
The most disappointing part was the response to our concerns. Instead of attempting to address the issues or find a practical solution, management immediately adopted a defensive position and rejected all feedback.

Overall, the experience did not reflect the standard suggested by the property’s photographs, rating and description.

Cons:

Apartamenty dość nowe, ale jakość średnia i czystość taka sobie. Podczas pobytu w Chorwacji byłam w starszych domach, ale miałam poczucie, że jest tam czysto, a tu nie miałam odwagi chodzić boso lub w skarpetkach po podłodze. Fugi w łazience chyba już czas wyczyścić. Przydałoby się też naprawić drzwi wejściowe, bo nie czułam się tam bezpiecznie (każdy z ulicy mógł wejść do budynku).

Es war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Unsere Nüsse, die auf dem Tisch standen, sind leider nach dem Besuch von der Reinigungskraft verschwunden.
Wünschenswert wären noch Handtuchhalter sowie Kosmetiktücher und Frühstück direkt vor Ort.
