The rooms are large and clean. The bathroom is unusually well designed. The staff are cheerful and efficient.

Cons:

The card key system does not have a time delay - which means that the room could be plunged in darkness the moment the card is taken out of the slot. A short time delay would be helpful.

A Welcoming Haven
Pros:

We were stranded here for 1 night during tribal unrest in Manipur. The staff were very welcoming and caring, the food was wonderful and the facilities well maintained. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Staff are well trained as international standard. They keep clean by themselves not by cleaner only.

Cons:

Smell of sewage come out from bathroom drainage whenever use it.
Breakfast is very simple and limited option for Indian standard.
No Manipuri.
No continental.

A few staff are not polite however.
