Find another space to stay
Pros:

Great Location just off I-95 for overnight travel stay. Check in staff local southern hospitality. Room is comfortable with nice efficiency kitchen. Unfortunately, this hotel has lost its appeal due to lack of care on maintenance and cleanliness. No response from the manager after a nightmare of a stay. Open frozen chicken in the freezer, unwrapped cut onion in the refrigerator, dishwasher with dirty pots full of water and a used towel hanging in the closet. Front desk staff did all they could to remedy the problems. They made it a point that we could speak the their manager in the morning. The manager was late and we left our name and number expecting a courtesy call back being Silver Bonvoy Marriott members. No such call was received. After writing to Bonvoy Customer service we learned the locations are in dependably owned and managed under the Marriott name. They would reach out to the management of the hotel. Time for a name change at this location.

Nice place for a long stay
Pros:

I stay here frequently for a month at a time because of work in the area. The staff are always pleasant to be around, especially Miss Patsy for the morning breakfast. The breakfast is nice each morning and stocked well. The suites have an oven as well as a stove and dishwasher. The cleaning would be nice to have done every day but the long stay hotels don't do this anymore. It's location near 95 and about 3 miles from the airport. The firepit and grills outside are to have in the evening. Try for an upper level room if possible to avoid the footstep noise above.

2nd time staying here
Pros:

This is a great location to stop for the night. We travel from North Carolina to Florida. About 2 years ago we stopped here. Found this hotel to be clean. Staff friendly. Rooms nice and big. Breakfast was good too. Plenty of parking.
