citizenM is a unique hotel. Rooms are small, but very comfortable. The hotel has no lobby in the traditional sense, but rather a large “living room”, with couches, small tables, armchairs etc. - a pleasant place to hang out. Location is right on the Champs Elyssee, an easy walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast is good. A rooftop bar has a good view of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended.
Nice and friendly staff, good breakfast (extra), clean, fashioned, good location, ipad to control room amenities was a plus. Right at the heart of Champs Ellyses.

Great location and friendly staff
Big fan of CitizenM and this location was no different! Loves the location and the easy access to metro stations.
My only issue was with the timing of room cleaning. They always appeared at 3 or 4 pm after we’d been out of the room for hours and just needed a rest before dinner.
The service is outstanding. I would give it/them 6 stars if I could.
Our room was small, but the other common areas overshadowed that. Including the rooftop terrace (to watch the lights on Tour Eiffel) and ground level outdoor courtyard!

I liked that everything was controllable by I pad.
I liked the views from the roof top bar.
I did not like that the bed butted up to the wall on both sides.
