The room was clean

Cons:

Reception informed that The air conditioning was on a timer and was turned off during the night. It was very hot in the room and we were unable to open the windows due to noise from railway station. We were offered another room which overlooked the bus station and rooms just as hot. I think the timer may have been extended the 2nd night as the air conditioner worked longer into the evening. It needs to be on all night in the summer or when the temp hits the high 20’s or low 30’s degrees during the day.
The room was also not cleaned during our stay. There were only 4 coffee pods provided for a two night stay.

Good value and location
Pros:

The location was great, right next to the station. The room was good, and both the check-in and checkout were flexible (although a bit confusing).

Cons:

This seems to be a relatively new hotel built around modern systems like self check-in where you can get a keycard. However, these things are already falling apart, and I have a general feeling that this hotel is managed with a "don't really care" mindset, where they just try to patch up issues with a combination of manual labor and ignorance (which is suppose is very human). I must admit that this is just my own vague impression, not necessarily the truth.
The late check-in experience was not great because of this issue. Multiple people confused at the broken check-in kiosk, not realizing the reception was at the first floor and that the reception was sort of being run halfway by the bartender (or at least that's what it looked like).
None of the issues are deal breakers, I just wish there was a bit more care put into the maintenance or at least the communication towards customers.

Die Zimmer waren ruhig und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage und Erreichbarkeit des Hotels war super.

Pros:

Отель удачно расположен - рядом жд вокзал, автобусный вокзал и супермаркет. До центра пешком минут 15. В номере отличная шумоизоляция, удобные кровати. В целом номер достаточно удобный.

Cons:

Жаль, что не было тапочек, чайника и мини-бара.

Struttura moderna e ben congegnata. Camere insonorizzate. Letti comodi.

Cons:
