Great place for multiple nights in Matsumoto
Pros:

The location of this hotel was very good and the amenities offered for women at the front desk were very appreciated. The staff was very kind at check-in and check-out. We liked our room and the possibility to wash clothes and microwave food. The room was very spacious and the window could be opened for fresh air. The bed was very comfortable and we would return as it was a good base to explore the area. The facilities were very good and the hotel puts a lot of thought into guest experience (happy hour, coffee, ochazuke) which we enjoyed very much.

Cons:

We actually really liked the breakfast but would have appreciated a few more light and healthy options. Quite a few elements were fried, if very tasty. The room (5th floor) smellt a little musty, I assume from the washing mashine in our room and the bathroom combined. It didn't bother us much cause it's easy to air out the room, but if you are sensitive to such smells you might want to book a room without a washer.

Pros:

L'hôtel et la chambre étaient très bien. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique, car , c'est à 5 minutes de la gare.

Cons:

Le lit n'était pas confortable pour moi, car je l'habitude d'un matela moins rigide. C'est particulièrement un avis personnel.

Awesome and comfy stay with the white onsen.
Pros:

Love the white onsen. Free skin care kits, welcome drinks and coffee.. Friendly staff. Wonderful! Will come back again!

Clean and cozy
Pros:

Nice staff, clean environment (both room and shared spaces), onsen was fairly big so it didn't feel crowded even when several people were there, and the breakfast had a lot of variety. I'd stay again at this hotel.

Pros:

This was a really good choice for our family of four. The location near the station made travel easy, and the breakfast was one of the best we had. We spent a lot of time enjoying the public bath and the massage chairs, and the free evening soup was a great treat for the kids.

Cons:

The room size was a bit cramped for us.

We noticed a faint cigarette odor in the room, despite it being otherwise very clean.
