Comfortable, clean and the friendliest staff
Pros:

Our room was comfortable and clean, the location was a perfect distance away from the station and the staff were kind, polite and always helpful.

Cons:

Just needed some extra pillows and it would have been perfect

3日以上の連泊で、複数人で１つの部屋を利用するのに適する宿泊施設
Pros:

温泉は朝に利用させて頂きましたが、とても清潔で、湯船の温かさも適温。朝もサウナが利用できるホテル施設は少ないので、ハッピーでした。
ウェルカムドリンクや夜の軽食サービス、朝方のコーヒー無料は良い。

Cons:

受付の方々が全員マスクをされていたが、きっとインフルエンザの予防と思われますが笑顔で接客してくれていたと思うが、それが感じられなかったのは残念。
また部屋に洗濯機が有りましたが、過剰設備と感じた。温泉設備の横の部屋に集中させても良い気がする。
フロント前に多くの人が集まり、特に外国人が飲食をしているのは適切では無く、部屋にお持ち頂くのが良いかと強く感じた。
ただ、レストランの設備設計が少し残念。

This was in an excellent location in Matsumoto. Basic hotel room but nice to have a washing machine. I loved all the extras - onsen, free happy hour drink.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel in a good location on the way to the Alps. There is an onsen, drinks and free refreshments in the afternoon and at night.

食事は 美味しくて 満足です。
Pros:

朝食は 信州の味 季節の食品も 豊富で 味付けも とても美味しかったです。

Cons:

セキュリティが しっかりしすぎて それはそれで良いことなのですが
階が違う部屋に行くことができず 電話での連絡をして ロビーで落ち合うことになってしまって 不便でした。
