It was superb and excellent , very good value for the price we paid compared to many major hotels.
Pros:

- the indoor onsen was great
- breakfast is superb, in fact better than some major hotel chain
- location is near to major shopping
- even provide supper 930pm to 11pm
- free coffee for takeaway
- staff is polite and helpful

Very nice, comfortable place to stay in Matsumoto!
Pros:

Comfortable, decent-sized room in a good location for our needs. The buffet breakfasts had a nice variety of items and were delicious. We were surprised by and appreciated having a small washer in our room!

Recommend this hotel but bed is a little firm.
Pros:

The location was very good, close to the JR train station. Enjoyed the happy hour and chazuke at night.
Beds were on the firm side and the tub was oval shaped with the sink being very small.

The bed was a little firm and the bathroom sink was very small.

Great hotel easily walkable from station.
Pros:

Great hotel, walking distance from station. Good facilities with a washer in the room. Onsen was also a plus.
Be sure to check out the Matsumoto Museum of Arts, easily walkable from the hotel.

Beste Wahl in Matsumoto
Pros:

Besser geht es nicht. Das ist ein Hotel, wo Service groß geschrieben wird. Das Onsen ist sehr schön, das Personal super freundlich und das Frühstück der Hammer. Am Abend gibt es ein typisches japanisches Reisgericht kostenlos. Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof ist auch ein Vorteil.

Very nice hotel in Matsumoto
Pros:

Comfortable hotel with a nice onsen. Tasty and diverse breakfast buffet. Welcome drink, free massage chairs, coffee and ice cream were nice touches.

Cons:

Not much to complain about: if I must gripe, the orange juice was watered down!

Excellent stay with plenty of extras
Pros:

We had a room with two beds which was good for the two of us as it had good space. We had a washing machine in the room that was great. The onsen was relaxing and special with the tree trunks to create a peaceful environment. A free small drink in the evening was a nice touch before heading out for dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall an excellent stay in a well located hotel.

Cons:

We didn’t try the breakfast or the late night snack. Both apparently were great.

Cons:

Only 2 lifts and no stairs- tricky when large tour groups are all moving around together (we waited over 10 mins for a lift a couple of times)
