Good hotel near city centre and intercity transport terminals
Pros:

Warm welcome upon arrival.
Clean room.
Good choice for breakfast, both Japanese (mostly) and Western styles (small dedicated section).
Very close to both the train station and bus terminal, so very convenient for arrival and departure.
Expect a 15-minute walk to the castle area.
Possibility to let our luggage at Check-out.

Cons:

All was OK during my 1-night stay but please note that a major construction site is dug at the moment right besides the hotel and this should last for 2 years. Some noise is therefore to be expected.

溫泉跟澡堂很棒，泡完溫泉還可以去做按摩椅! 傍晚有一杯免費的飲料~晚上有茶泡飯可以吃，類似自助的方式，不得不說日本的米飯真的很讚!
Pros:

1.早餐種類很多，偏日式&西式早餐，櫃台還有一杯咖啡可以外帶
2.有浴池&公共澡堂，熱水很熱，浴池溫度很剛好
3.招待的飲料&茶泡飯很棒!
4.地點還不錯，可以從松本車站走路5分鐘到達，旁邊還有便利商店，飯店的附近有一些商場可以逛
5.床和枕頭很舒服，緩解了疲勞

Cons:

1.1002開暖氣有時候會自己關機，起床時好冷
2.整棟飯店比較少可以開會的地方，以商務出差來說可能是個需要考慮的點
3.牙膏量很少，味道不是很讓人喜歡
4.房間整體比較樸素
5.沒有提供礦泉水，雖然有說明水可以生飲...

Staff, facilities, services and location
Pros:

So many things, the room was great for 2 adults and 2 kids, everyone had a bed each. The kids loved the onsen, massage chairs, free ice cream
At night, happy hour drinks…. We didn’t get to sample the ochazuke as it was a bit too late for us. The location is perfect, so close to the station and a quick bus ride to the castle and museum of art…
