I booked a room with OceanFront view on their 15th floor. Initially they gave me a 12th floor room but I request for the highest. The reception staffs tried their best to give to guest needs, thumbs up. Location is so good right in front of the Bai Sau beach. Felt like as if you are holidaying in Gold Coast Australia. Very windy and super unobstructed view of the ocean. Buffet breakfast spread comes with many choices of food. Even one of the day I tried their BBQ seafood dinner buffet at the beach rooftop floor is amazing, food spread also indeed top notch standard. Their hotel Director Nguyen Van Cuong gave us a wedding anniversary cake plus welcome card, which presented a very heartwarming touch to us coming with my family of four with two kids along for our March school holiday trip.
Good
Very convenient area, dusty due to construction.
.
Beautiful place!
Good place to stay. Modern rooms with AC. Will stay again.
My girlfriend was accused of stealing a laundry bag
And I just payed for it to not cause a stink. This was not necessary and made what was a great stay a terrible exit
I had a wonderful stay with my mom, one of the most popular hotels in Vung Tau. The hotel is well-known for its stunning ocean views and top-notch service. Our room was spacious, clean, and very modern. My mom liked that breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options.
Any thing ok to me
The hotel claims it’s a 4 stars hotel, but the condition is poor. The shower is water leaking. No people came to the room for cleaning on my 2nd day stay.
My family room is large and new. Very nice view of the sea..
In Rooftop swimming pool is very nice view and restaurant..
Did not try the spa.. so no comments on this
However, It was super busy with many tourists and services were so slow.. even the elevator
Buffet breakfast on 3rd floor with food was Okay but very busy with group tours…
We left some little stuffs in room and waited for 30 minutes to pick up. They said the lift was so busy So, housekeeper made their way.. By the time We asked for the room key to come up and found our stuffs still in the room..
But That is okay. Only thing is It is too busy and lobby too small.. If you need somewhere quieter.. this is not for you
We booked two "Signature Suites" through Agoda, paying in advance.
Check in at the hotel was slow, taking five or ten minutes, even though no guests were ahead of us. The clerk was constantly distracted by other things, sometimes walking away without explanation.
An overly friendly bellhop took us and our bags to our room, and we gave him a very generous tip. Before he left we opened the drapes to see the view of the South China Sea, but found we were looking at the blank wall of the next building just three feet away on the lowest floor. No view of the sea.
The worker told us that's because we had booked with Agoda. We replied that we are willing to pay for an upgrade to a room with the view. He replied that such a thing was possible and showed us two empty rooms right next to the rooms we had been given. They had beautiful views so we said we'd take them so he took us to the front desk. We again gave him a very generous tip and thanked him for helping us.
We left our bags in the rooms we had rejected and returned to the from desk to make the switch.
The desk clerk said the rooms had to be cleaned. (This hotel doesn't clean rooms until a guest is waiting for them?) We replied that they looked perfect, ready to go, and we'd take them just as they were. "No, they need to be cleaned." We went back to the hallway outside our future rooms and waited. Nothing happened. No one came to "clean the rooms." We waited and waited and waited.
Meanwhile, the bellhop repeatedly said with a big smile "It's okay" "Don't worry" and "Be patient" although nothing at all happened. No one came to clean the rooms. Then the bellhop disappeared.
After about ten minutes of no action I returned to the front desk to inquire while my friend stayed outside our future rooms. The bellhop with the big smile kept repeating "It's okay" "Don't worry" and "Be patient" although no progress was being made to get us into our rooms. No one seemed to care.
After 35 minutes we finally got our upgraded rooms. Mine had ants in it but I decided to tough it out rather than again deal with the front desk staff.
Check also seemed to be run by amateurs. The desk clerk would help me a little, then walk off without explanation, then answer a question from a guest who had walked up to the counter, then help me a little, then help another guest, then walk away, etc. It took twelve minutes to check out. When I tried to pay for the upgrade the hotel rejected my AmEx card and my Visa card although I had used them elsewhere that very day.
I've stayed in about six hundred hotels in the 64 countries I've visited but never encountered a hotel staff as inept as this, or with poorer customer service. The breakfast was wonderful, the massages were excellent, but the service from the front desk and bellhop was so truly awful that I'd never go there again.
It's as if this was the hotel's first day in business and the staff was clueless.
Paid for signature suite but I got a regular room
We didn’t stay here but came for their advertised afternoon tea. Just be warned- whatever it is you see on their website isn’t what you will receive.
There are no sandwiches, you get some jelly based deserts, a few small cakes and a lot of fruit.
It’s super overwhelming for the price you pay.
The hotel is stunning. The best location in front of the nice swimming beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is great. Pool is relatively small, but there are many cute corners for shooting so deep fotos, and the view is so amazing, plus super exellent serivce from the staff at the pool bar.
Last but not least, all hotel staff (included the securities) are super friendly, profestional and helpful. Highly recommended!
The staff is very friendly
Good service and friendly
Recommendation.
A good stay in Vietnam must start here, or at hotels like this. It deserves the highest rate as a whole experience. Clean and organized, my only complaint is about the cold water in the bathroom a little too warm. Sizes (room and pool) are slightly smaller then pictures but good enough for a great stay. Rooms with ocean view are definitely worth the price. Efficient and polite management. The chef proposes a daily excellent buffet of Asian and western dishes. Comfy fitness area, with a great view. I will come back.
The hotel is right on the shores of Back beach, with a very nice view of the sea. Impressed, the staff takes care of guests very well, the breakfast buffet is delicious, especially the water dish. Many facilities in a 4-star hotel: lounge, sky bar, infinity pool, gym & spa, .. Will be back.
