Pros:

Near the beach and beach clubs.

Cons:

Really slow service in the pool bar/restaurant. It took 30+ mins to bring one scoop of melted gelato in almost empty restaurant :) the bartender didn't have change to give back so he gave less.

Check out time is shown between 12 and 13 o'clock but our room door card didn't work after 12.

We have been to Bitadines twice and will return again!
Pros:

Citadines is in a good and quiet location. It has all the facilities we need - two swimming pools, a gymnasium and coffee shop. Having a shuttle bus stop at the front door that allowed us to explore Canggu easily, was an added bonus.

Cons:

The rooftop bar was a bit 'tired'. We visited several times, for a pre-dinner drink and after-dinner nightcap, but were a little disappointed each time. Unlike other venues, it does not offer a 2-for-1 cocktail happy hour, and the beer was never cold enough.

Good location, modern simple rooms with great amenities
Pros:

Staff are so kind and amazing, loved the breakfast food and amenities such as the spa and sky pool!!

Cons:

That you cannot take pictures or videos and share to others how good it is there without permission
