No Coffee maker in kitchen.
My wife and son stayed here and it was a decent venue, the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating, the facilities like the pools and parking for your scooter was great. The area isn’t the best for a young family given that the major nightclubs are so close and are extremely loud but that’s on us for not doing enough research. I conclude that the venue is great value for money and is better suited to young people and young couples
Our room was situated above the bottom floor pool, the music would start around 7am I think and would pump until 11pm I believe which is absolutely horrendous if you have a 1 year old and you already don’t get good sleep.
The shower gel ran out in the shower and was not refilled during routine cleaning so we had no soap for 2 days and just used our son’s baby shower gel.
The food was really average, our first night we thought it would be nice to have dinner on the roof top and watch the sunset. I ordered the steak and far out it was no exaggeration the worst steak I’ve ever had in my life, it came pre cut up which to anyone who likes steak will understand you just don’t do, the veggies looked like they came from a horrible microwave package and the wedges were soggy the meal made me feel sick and I didn’t finish it. My wife found her meal to be quite revolting as well and also did not finish it. Funny enough this was nearly our most expensive meal at around 1.3 Mil with some really basic drinks
The buffet breakfast was very average and not worth the price.
The gym has very little equipment but enough to at least train I guess.
My conclusion is that the venue needs a massive overhaul of its food as we ended up giving so much more business to the venue across the road because its quality was so much better.
I’d also like to mention that it sounded like there were elephants above our room I don’t know what they were doing if it was a bloody room renovation but all night chairs being moved around, yelling, stuff being dropped.

Ideal location! Walking distance to a lot and free shuttle outside the hotel if not wanting to walk. Staff very friendly around the hotel! Pools are amazing for relaxing. Rooms are very clean and modern. Had a lovely stay!
Nice staff, the barman at the rooftop can make anything you ask outside the menu, very good live band Thursday, no bugs/gekos inside the room as long as you keep the balcony closed all the time.
I was placed in a building with active construction. At around 9:30 almost every day the noise starts. It was so intense that I couldn’t work in my room anymore and had to go to a café.
During the night the AC makes too much noise but you get used to it after a couple of days.
The hotel was nice. Good location and good facilities.

Good location close to nice restaurants. The day spa was excellent.
The hotel was noisy at night with dogs barking (it is a pet-friendly hotel, which I DID NOT know about). The breakfast was very average buffet, and the bar on the rooftop allowed smoking which made it unpleasent.
Great to have to two pool options, rooms were a good size and very clean with a balcony! Staff were all so friendly and welcoming, wish our stay wasn’t so short
