Réponse de l'accueil "vous auriez dû descendre nous prévenir on aurait débloqué"
A 4h du matin, débloquer une climatisation qui n'aurait surtout pas due être bloquée... au prix des chambres... vraiment inadmissible

Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé à quelques points près…
Le personnel d'accueil et du petit déjeuner manque de chaleur… Concernant la déco, salle de restaurant et hall d'accueil assez étonnante ! des étagères "lourdingues" "agrémentées" de poteries diverses et de pots de fleurs artificielles tombantes me semblent en profond décalage avec un hôtel High-tech dernier cri ! la silhouette noire féminine sur le mur du hall d'accueil n'est vraiment pas flatteuse, voire ridicule… mais nous reviendrons !

Good location. Food was nice. Breakfast was also good but the self service area was too small. This resulted in a lot of congestion. The coffee and drinks machines should have been in a different location. Not enough staff o breakfast- one person topping up the breakfast items, clearing up and registering guests for breakfast. Garage for parking was accessed through a hotel door. It wasn’t clear how to get access when it was closed. Rooms were quiet, simple and functional.

Just outside the city centre and not many restaurants close. I visited Sunday and the restaurant was closed. Breakfast was excellent and service as you would expect.

Tout est proper et neuf,
Nous étions au 4eme étage, avons ete incommodé par un bruit type chasse d’eau a plusieurs reprises pendant la nuit…pour le reste tout était bien

Le réceptionniste a été très sympa à notre accueil! Les bons conseils pour trouver un restau ouvert le dimanche soir !
Chambre propre et spacieuse comme sur les photos ! Petit déjeuner inclus très copieux !

We checked into an alternative hotel as we were concerned about safety of the area around the hotel to such an extent that we would not have felt safe leaving the hotel during the early evening

Chambre très spacieuse, confortable et propre. Le personnel est très aimable et efficace. l'hotel est proche du centre ville. On peut se garer facilement et gratuitement à proximité. C'était parfait!
