Alleen de lobby is mooi
De kamer en personeel. Deur van de WC was stuk zodat normaal naar de WC gaan niet mogelijk was. Ongewenste Whatsapp berichten voordat de reis begon of je wilde betalen. Personeel dat tussen je spullen in de kamer struint, en uit je kamer steelt. Rooftop stelt niets voor is heel klein net als de gym. Zeer teleurstellend voor een 5 sterren hotel. Verdient eigenlijk geen 5 sterren. Ilunion hotels en Icon Malabar zijn 10 keer beter, qua gastvrijheid en services

Tout était parfait de A à Z. L’hôtel est magnifique, très confortable et idéalement situé. Les chambres sont très agréables, propres et parfaitement équipées. Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse et d’une serviabilité exceptionnelles, toujours réactif, attentionné et souriant. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis tout au long du séjour. Un vrai coup de cœur à Málaga, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
Honnêtement, rien à signaler. Tout était à la hauteur, voire au-delà de nos attentes.
Localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite, magnifique vue sur le port pour les chambres étages élevés.
Très bel aménagement intérieur.
Et pour finir avec top du top … le rooftop, son bar et le personnel aimable et efficace.

Desayuno increible con terraza y vista
No es muy kids friendly. El rooftop no hay espacio
Baño sin ventilacion, no se va el vapor y puerta wc durisima (muy peligrosa para niños)
En el desayuno hay que pedir los huevos y se demoran mucho y no está coordinado con el cafe. Tampoco te van limpiando la mesa, pribablemente porque esta muy lleno…pero habia un poco de caos en la atencion.
Al tener playas cerca podrian proveer toallas y quitasoles
