Não tenho nada a reclamar do Hotel. Funcionários muito solícitos, limpeza impecável, quarto maravilhoso. A piscina/ spa são o forte do hotel, lindo mesmo.

mann kommt nach dem Abendessen ins Zimmer, macht sich Bettfertig, da liegt ein zettel auf dem Bett, dass im Bett eine Bettflasche ist. eine sehr nette Geste.

Cons:

Wie es in doch schon vielen Hotels ist, dass das Personal oftmals nur Englisch sprecheb.

Tolles renoviertes Hotel im Herzen von Engelberg!
Pros:

Schöne Lage im Ortskern. Perfektes Frühstück. Schöne Zimmer (Wärmflasche im Bett!), Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Schöne Bar mit tollen Cocktails. Wellnessbereich sehr schön.

Cons:

Auch bei Kinderfreundlichkeit nervt es einfach wenn in Wellness- und Pool-bereichen die Kinder vom Beckenrand springen, schreien und eigentlich die Entspannung somit zerstören. Das ist aber vielleicht die Meinung eines älteren Menschen und für Familien natürlich normal. Vielleicht nochmal die Pool- Wellness-zeiten für Kinder anpassen/regulieren? Ist aber ein kleines Detail.
