My wife and I have been coming to one homes Cabo for about four years now. We are actually good friends with all the staff that worked there and keep in touch with some. They provide the best possible service for a luxury resort that you could ask for.
Cindy, Emmanuel, Javier and Jose are extremely helpful in providing what you need and making your stay as pleasant as possible.
Abel, Donovan, Brandon, Edson, Martin and Aaron we have gotten to know down by the pool and they take the best care of us, they know our friends and family, and everything we like to do there. Honestly, the employees at one homes is one of the main reasons we keep coming back! Not to mention you’re staying and over $2 million homes that are beautiful and you are in the best possible location in Cabo.
I would recommend to anybody!
The waiters are the best part of this hotel. Brandon is super nice. Edson is super cool. Benito is extremely kind. These guys deserve some days off and a raise.
We stumbled on this place when looking for great locations in Cabo.
The room was amazing. The grounds were immaculate. The location is perfect with a two minute walk to the marina and right on the beach overlooking Mt Solmar.
When we weren’t exploring Cabo’s food scene, the marina, and doing excursions, we spent most of our time at the awesome infinity pool overlooking Medano Bay and the pool bar.
The food and drinks at the pool were great and the service was amazing. Anything we needed was at our service.
Special shout out to some of our favorite servers and bartenders including Edson, Brandon, Benito, Abel, Diana, Aaron, y Donovan. They made us feel at home all week and offered some of the best service we’ve ever had anywhere.
everyone is so nice(especially edson) he deserves a raise and some extra days off. edson is a the coolest and most awesome guy ever.
The family and I had a great time at 1 Homes in Cabo, would definitely come back and stay again. We’d also highly recommend Chef Max’s in-room tamale cooking class! One of my favorite meals here, and an educational experience to boot.
Edson and the team at the beach club were amazing! Can’t wait for our next trip to Cabo. Thank you to this crew for the attention they gave us on our vacation!!

I have been traveling to Cabo for over 20 years. We have stayed all over the area, and 1 Homes has to be my favorite place to stay of them all! The service is top notch, the grounds are beautiful, and amenities can’t be beat. Even during Spring Break, it didn’t feel too crowded or overrun. I have to mention Donovan, Edson and Benito at the pool! They bent over backwards to make sure everything was well taken care of, and that we were having a great time. I will definitely be back!
I’ve been going to Cabo for 30 years. The 1 homes bar on the beach is next to none. You don’t get a better location in Cabo and it’s not even close. The service is first rate. The drinks are awesome - the food is great. They have a great crew - super professional , very friendly - they go above and beyond to make sure you and your family are enjoying their visit. Abel is a superb bartender - awesome cocktails and Edson is amazing working the pool area . They are so personable - make you feel like you are at home at all times - within minutes you feel like they are family - it doesn’t get much better than that. I highly recommend ..

My husband and I just got home from a week at 1 Homes. We absolutely loved it!!! Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to go back next year. We have stayed in all the best hotels in Cabo but the difference here is the service!!!
