Lovely hotel; highly recommend
Pros:

Smell of hotel was amazing as soon as you entered. Room was a lovely size, bed comfortable although would have been better with a king-size bed. All the staff were very friendly. Bar and dining area lovely.

Cons:

Towels were too small. No complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. Didn't like the smell of the complimentary shampoo etc. Need hash browns at the breakfast buffet and English sausages.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungen
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aufbettung - das Bett stand leider immer im Weg - das war sehr störend.
Ansonsten ein schönes helles Zimmer

Cons:

Reinigungspersonal war etwas langsam und war auch nicht besonders schön gemachte Betten, wir mussten sie mehrfach bitten uns das Zimmer zu reinigen, 1. Tag war gar keine Reinigung des Zimmers.

Great location and a very nice hotel
Pros:

The Hotel itself was great and the staff were very helpful when it came to more coffee capsules for the room. The room was both spacious and clean.

Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings fehlte ein Angebot an Fisch.
Personal umsichtig.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit: Als wir kamen, waren Tisch und Fußboden klebrig. Nach der Reinigung hatte sich das nicht verbessert. Bei der Preisklasse muss es einen täglichen Service geben, wie schmutziges Geschirr austauschen, Betten machen, ggf. saugen oder wischen.
Die Lampe über dem Tisch flackerte, ging an und aus im unregelmässigen Wechsel. Täglich habe ich das Problem angesprochen. Es gab über 5 Tage keine Abhilfe, obwohl sie täglich angekündigt wurde.
Das versprochene Highspeed-Internet funktionierte höchstens 3 Minuten, dann fiel es wieder aus. Ständig musste man sich neu einloggen. Problem wurde angesprochen, wieder keine Abhilfe.
An der Wand im Wohnzimmer bildeten sich Luftblasen zwischen Wand und Putz, die mit Wasser gefüllt waren. Sie platzten, das Wasser lief an der Wand herunter. Morgens waren die Lappen durchtränkt.
Der Platz im Schrank ist für 5 Tage und 2 Personen nicht ausreichend. 6 Bügel und 3 echte Ablageflächen/-schübe sind zu wenig.

Perfecte locatie!
Pros:

De locatie is in het hartje van Den Haag en dus perfecte verbindingen.
Het personeel heeft ervoor gezorgd dat het extra speciaal was voor ons. Versiering, taart en bubbels voor ons jubileum

den haag blift een mooie stad die de moeite waard is om te bezoeken,

hotel ligt in het centrum. ontbijt is meer dan prima.

Cons:

Groot min punt is de kamer . we hadden een kamer waar GEEN raam open kon, tel hierbij op dat de airco niet functioneerde en je moet vier nachten in een benauwde kamer slapen. na vermelding van het mankement is er naar gekeken, niet meer dan dat. de zaak werd afgedaan met de mededeling dat het een uur zou duren voordat de "reparatie" effect zou hebben. 1 uur om een kamer van 27 m2 iets te koelen !! helaas was het na 48 uur nog steeds niet verholpen. niemand van het hotel heeft hierna nog geïnformeerd naar het resultaat. en dan te bedenken dat het op de gang wel 3 tot 5 graden koeler was dan op onze kamer.
