Excellent Location for nearby restaurants, museums and transport facilities.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Staff excellent. Room good but would have liked slippers and bathrobe.

Cons:

Wasn't advised that building work on the hotel was being carried out, so a lot of noise in the restaurant and lobby area, and early morning drilling started one morning before 07.00 and we were on the fifth floor!

Comfortable and good location
Pros:

Excellent location. Comfortable room. Helpful staff

Cons:

Door onto the balcony wouldn’t open properly so no access. Hot food options at breakfast were limited and no-one seemed available to process the advertised special requests for eggs

Een aangenaam verlengd weekend in een goed gelegen hotel met ruime kamer en heerlijk ontbijt
Pros:

Lekker , lang en uitgebreid ontbijt in een gezellige ontbijtruimte. De ligging van het hotel op loopafstand van winkels, bezienswaardigheden en restaurants.

Fell short of expectations, especially for the price
Pros:

Room was clean, bath products were good quality

Cons:

Room with the courtyard view was extremely warm and no way to manage the temperature
Queen bed was small
Hairdryer was awful, replacement not better (very very old and barely functioning)

Overall lovely
Pros:

Clean room and well maintained, the whole hotel along with the room. Great breakfast. Cleaning staff were 10/10.
Front desk staff could do better, when paying they assumed method of payment without asking and just charged the card used for deposit. This was unwanted and unprofessional to not check with guest for wanted payment method.

A stay that was definitely below expectations.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location.

Cons:

The room was not adequately clean, the staff were unprofessional, the in-house restaurant did not meet expectations, and the on-site parking was excessively expensive. Our requests were not addressed by the staff. Overall, it fell short of expectations and did not justify the price paid.

Mooi hotel, gelegen in het centrum
Pros:

Heel goed ontbijt, mooie kamer en dicht bij het centrum gelegen.

Cons:

Het parkeren was wat ingewikkeld, maar goed hulp gekregen van de hotelmedewerkers.

Great location, disappointing room
Pros:

Fantastic old building renovated to a modern look. Perfect location if you know and love The Hague Central. Decent views from the premium room.

Cons:

The furnishings were trendy but not clever. There wasn't enough surface space, like a chest of drawers for example. We struggled to achieve a level of warmth esp in the bathroom, that anyone paying such a premium price, would expect. The finally brought an electric space heater which did the trick but this was only after a first night of chilly moments. For room service, they charged Euro7.50 "tray charge" which, again, for this level (it's a 4 star) you wouldn't expect such b.s. Perhaps these are left overs from covid. overall, we were disappointed at too many moments though we loved the location in Den Haag.
