Uitstekend hotel met prima service
Pros:

Locatie geweldig, bed uitstekend, airco in kamer, ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Service aan balie uitstekend.

Cons:

Bij de koffiemachine op de kamer zat geen handleiding. Zonder handleiding moeilijk te bedienen.
Geen aparte bedden, wel gevraagd. Desondanks goed geslapen.

Excellent ambience, location, clean, excellent staff
Pros:

The Lobby with a beautiful display of butterflies, comfortable seating, well prepared and tasteful breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff that was helpful especially the bar manager from Trinidad!!

Pros:

Friendly staff, great location, nice room. Fresh made omelette was very good. Room overal clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit disorganized, and the earlier times I stayed, it was much better..Hope the next time fresh made cappuccino again.

With regards to the room, it will be good if the air system works better on hot days, shower head wasn't working properly due to limescale, and my blanket wasn't properly put into the bedcover.

Excellent Staff and facility. Outstanding location
Pros:

The Breakfast was excellent, Location of the Hotel is excellent, just walk through the rear and you are in the centre of the town. The Staff were very helpful and the Family Room we stayed in along with the rest of the friends nd family was clean and excellent

Cons:

More effective cooling for the air conditioner would have been nice.

Wij waren met een rolstoel en het hotel is zeker rolstoelvriendelijk. Enkel de deuren gingen zwaar open en dat is niet handig met een rolstoel.

Heerlijk hotel op super locatie
Pros:

Mooie kamer, schone badkamer.
Comfortabele bedden.
Heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijke staff.
Hotel ziet er mooi uit en heeft een fijne sfeer.
Locatie is geweldig!

Het was heel warm in de kamer, airco leek niet te werken.

The sink wasn’t cleaned well (there were hairs) and the soap & shower gel were finished. We asked the reception to bring and responded “I’ll check if there is someone available who can bring” and nobody came.
