Pros:

Great hotel for its value. Excellent location, nice rooms, good overall. Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Very poor sound isolation, you can literally hear people behind the wall walking in their slippers, talking, even steering sugar in their cup of tea. It feels like walls are made of paper. If you're a light sleeper, this hotel would be a nightmare.

Emplacement de choix. Hôtel qui présente une large gamme de produits au petit-déjeuner, les chambres sont luxueuses, le personnel, dont Mr Ali (at the 3rd floor) est d'un professionnalisme hors du commun (empathique, avenant, agréable, disponible et à l'écoute).

Lovely hotel but evening staff need improving.
Pros:

I thought the lay out was lovely. Room was nice, spa was nice.
Day time staff very helpful.

Cons:

My tv didn’t work to start with. The maintenance guy was quite rude. My coffee machine didn’t work either so had to be fixed.

Mooi, modern en schoon hotel! Echt top!!
Pros:

Het hotel is erg schoon, modern en niet te groot. Het is erg stil en rustig. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De bedden zijn heel fijn en de locatie van het hotel is ook echt prima. Heel veel eetgelegenheden op loopafstand en een grote winkelcentrum. Ik heb tijdens mijn verblijf ook massage geboekt en dat was ook echt heerlijk. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en denkt mee. We hebben heel erg genoten van alles. Ik raad dit hotel echt aan als je rustig, schoon en fijn wilt verblijven. Je komt echt tot rust. Dit is mijn favoriete hotel en kom hier zeker nog terug.

On a su bien profiter de l’hôtel et des ses fonctionnalités

Pros:

The food in the restaurant was great. I enjoyed the mantı and still thinking about it. The hotel is clean and is attentive to details. Serving coffee and a biscuit while waiting for check-in was a nice touch.

Pros:

Das Melas Hotel in Istanbul hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und der Service war auf einem sehr hohen Niveau.

Das Hotel bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten: stabiles und schnelles Internet, eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung, einen großen Pool sowie eine Dampfsauna, eine klassische Sauna und ein türkisches Hamam (dieses muss jedoch separat reserviert werden). Zudem gibt es eine Business-Etage, einen Souvenirladen, in dem man unter anderem die kuscheligen Bademäntel aus den Zimmern kaufen kann, sowie einen Friseur.

Bei kleineren Anliegen ist das Personal sofort zur Stelle. In unserem Fall hatten wir ein Doppelbett gebucht, wünschten uns aber zwei Einzelbetten – uns wurde umgehend und unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.

Auch die Lage ist sehr gut: Das Zorlu Center, ein großes und modernes Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Luxusmarken, ist etwa 23 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein weiteres großes Einkaufszentrum erreicht man bereits nach rund 11 Minuten. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich zudem ein gutes Restaurant namens
Hacıbaşar.

Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden: Es gab ein reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Buffet mit türkischen Spezialitäten sowie internationalen Speisen.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Melas Hotel Istanbul übernachten.

Cons:
