My third stay at Melas Hotel felt like coming home — perfect location, spotless rooms, and incredibly welcoming staff.
Pros:

I had the pleasure of staying at the Melas Hotel in Istanbul / Mecidiyeköy for the third time, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. Each visit feels less like checking into a hotel and more like coming home.

The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of Mecidiyeköy, with easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, and many of Istanbul’s main attractions. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, you truly couldn’t ask for a better base.

The cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms are spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. You immediately notice the high standards the hotel upholds throughout every area.

What truly makes this hotel exceptional, however, is the staff. The entire team is extraordinarily friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their warmth and attentiveness create such a welcoming atmosphere that you instantly feel valued as a guest.

I would especially like to thank Ms. Asu for her incredible support and kindness. She goes above and beyond to make every stay perfect. A special appreciation also goes to Mr. Avni Aydin, the chef, for his wonderful guidance at the breakfast buffet. His recommendations and dedication make breakfast not just a meal, but a delightful experience.

It’s rare to find a hotel that combines location, cleanliness, comfort, and such heartfelt hospitality so perfectly. I am already looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommended ❤️
