Amazing stay in the heart of Istanbul
Pros:

Everything about Melas was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The staff ensured to always be available to assist. We used the swimming pool/spa, the delicious restaurant, the gift shop downstairs and what a joy to have multiple dining options within walking distance. The lobby area stands out - a piece of art.

Cons:

The only down side for us a a family was to have a room with shower only (no bath), but this is not a deal breaker.

Alles tiptop!
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer, wie gewünscht mit zwei Einzelbetten für Nichtraucher. Sehr freundliches Personal. Bei Fragen wurde einem sofort geholfen. Spa-Bereich war sehr angenehm. Gerade an Regentagen eine sehr gute Alternative.

Cons:

Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.

I liked the staff's helpfulness and the cleanliness of the rooms

Cons:

It would be great to get a welcome gift (basket of fruits, etc..) like before. Also another option for repeat visitors is to give them a spa or massage voucher as a complimentary good faith appreciation
