Pros:

Eigentlich 5 Sterne, wenn da nicht die Kälte gewesen wäre.
Gute Lage, Ausblick und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ließ sich nicht auf eine komfortable Temperatur erwärmen. Das sehr freundliche Personal hat auch Abhilfe versprochen, die aber leider ausblieb.
Abschließend haben wir nicht erneut reklamiert und somit gefroren. Sicherlich hätte uns der Betreiber entschädigt, jedoch bin ich es leid solchen Dingen hinterher zulaufen. Schade, da es ansonsten sehr schön ist.

Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang, Parkplätze gleich davor, alles sehr neu und großzügig. Frühstück war auch toll, die Dame war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.
Gerne wieder.

Zimmer war etwas kalt bei der Anreise

Quiet location nice facilities

We got at the evening and no one was waiting for us to give us the key nor we had instruction at our mail or application about checking in

Das Zimmer war sauber

Cons:

Das Klo war nicht sauber, die Dusche total verkalkt (duschköpfe) .das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße mit Kreuzung, Motoren Geheule, hupen usw. Sehr laut !

Gerne wieder, schönes modernes Haus in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Fußweite zum Bahnhof in Karben. Die Rezeption ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel, mit Fußbodenheizung.

Cons:

Im Sommer müsste man wegen der umliegenden Straßen wohl eine Klimaanlage haben, die es aber nicht gibt

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer groß und hell.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Von allem etwas dabei.

Sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel. Geräumige Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Küchenzeile, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Fussbodenheizung u.v.m. Großes Bad mit ausreichend Ablagen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
An unserem letzten Tag waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Trotzdem wurde uns ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffett bereitet.
Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Un séjour très rapide mais agréable avec une chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée et confortable
