The rates are only valid for FIT reservations maximum 1 to 5 rooms can be booked, 6 rooms and above shall be considered as group and hotel group policy shall be applicable. Memorable stay !

The property is excellent !

Cons:

The bathing soap/gel isn't appropriate, lot of water is wasted to remove the soap from the body. Either the water quality in the bathrooms needs some kind of softening or change the soap quality.

I was travelling from Dubai and I had a bottle of wine with me. I was informed that I cannot get it inside. They should have informed the guest from the beginning. I will never go there again.

I like Room size with good amenities.
Good food, Suoerb BF spread.

Cons:

Very disappointed with lobby's washroom,
It was stinking & cleaning team guy was there while i used it but he was not at all done his job. I have mentioned this at reception & one senior staff (Lady) also take note of it from me.

Extremely unfortunate and this will be the first and last stay with leela. I have never faced such harrassment with Taj

The property was well maintained.

Cons:

I had booked the stay for 2 days but unfortunately had to cut it short due to emergency. It was booked through booking.com. When i asked the hotel that the dates were changed and it had to be billed accordingly they refused saying that there has been no “mails” from booking.com stating the change so they cannot do the same. I shared/ showed them the email sent by booking.com where it was mentioned the hotel would be doing the needful but despite so the staff at the front desk refused and went on arguing stating policies. I checked out on 22nd morning at 9am. I was charged for two days while i stayed only for one night !!
