Cons:

O café era das 7h te as 9h, chegamos 8:40 e já não estavam servindo mais o café! Fui à recepção e perguntei para o atendente, e ele me respondeu que já tinha encerrado o café! Aí perguntei que horas eram? Ele me disse, 8:43, aí disse que lá na porta do café está escrito das 7h às 9h, ele só disse que não pode fazer nada! Lembrando que a maioria das pessoas no domingo acordam mais tarde! Faltou pensar nos hóspedes!
E ter um cronograma diferente para os finais de semana!

Vale a pena se o objetivo economizar foi maior que o objetivo ter conforto.
Pros:

Localização ótima. Atendente simpática (mas não soube me informar o telefone da recepção...). Preço mais acessível comparado aos demais. Banheiro limpo.

Cons:

Tinha apenas 1 edredom muito fino no quarto (passei frio) e estava com cheiro ruim.

Cama e café da manhã.

Cons:

Janela caindo falta de manutenção,tentei prender ela pra não bater,mas vi que estava totalmente solta,tampa do vaso quebrada a parte de cima totalmente e o acento solto.soalho de madeira se soltando também. Em geral tudo muito mal cuidado.
