Very convenient location!

Stressful We have to go to 1st floor from 3rd floor to the kitchen to get tea or warm food

This was a great place to stay. Well priced and very central.

All good—it's small, which we expected, but good location and the bar was nice (particularly the arcade machines)

Basic hotel, comfortable bed, good view from the room. Clean enough. Great value for the price in comparison to hotels in the surrounding area.

The property is fine, we wish it would be cleaner for the price, the walls seemed dirty so did the floor

The place is in the city centre and nearby all amenities. They are trusted and your money can be refunded for unused nights. I had to checked out early and I got money for my unused nights

Advertised as having a bar and cocktail bar! There was no bar! Total false advertising! It was no more than a cheap hostel! A rip off! This will be put up over all social media sites as well! Would like a refund please!

Rooms are tiny

Unfortunately the room shower was a rain shower, which was attached to the ceiling. I had to go buy a shower cap and wash cloths.

It is in the city centre. And closed by all amenities. Good customer response. I checked out early. But I got refund fully for my unused nights

The rooms are so tiny you have to go outside to change your mind. They have a bed and a bathroom and hardly any room to store your bag. No closet, no chair.

This hotel was in the perfect location but it was very dirty. There were hand smears of all kinds all over the walls, layers of dust on everything, and the drain was covered in mold and it backed up all the shower water.

Ok so I expected the room to be tiny as advertised but honestly it was a joke. Really only suitable for 1 person.
A 3/4 bed jammed against the wall/window with no air con so had to have the window open and deal with the partying sounds all night (Sat night)
No top sheet. No jug/coffee making facilities.
More suitable for young people, budget, but cost us $214nz for the night.
The room was 2x3m incl the ensuite that was very tight for 1 person!
But great location and great value continental breakfast at just €7.50 incl barrister coffee!
