L'hôtel était superbe, la chambre très agréable et le petit déjeuner excellent
Le prix un peu cher tout de même
Das Frühstück mit Sekt. Welcome drink Sekt auch an der Rezeption. Das Bett ist sehr Bequem. Spa ist relativ klein aber sehr gut. Spa Nutzung kostet 10 EUR einmalig für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Spa ist geöffnet nachmittags 12-21 Uhr. Das Zimmer ist gross und hat 2 Badezimmer, einmal mit Badewanne und einmal mit Dusche und WC. Der Frühstücksraum ist wunderchön renoviert.
The breakfast was perfect and the breakfast room was giving a total ballroom ambiance. The buffet and à la carte dishes were very tasty and presented nicely. I used the gym and the spa at the hotel which were nice to use. The location is perfect in the city center near the parliament building and near main public transfer connections.
My stay was during the weekend of the election which I got to experience up close. A visit inside the parliament building is worthwhile.
The personnel was very friendly and helpful. My returning flight got cancelled and I got to stay here one extra night. The staff helped me with this and even provided me a place to work in a quite office even after checking out of the hotel.

L hôtel est très bien placé, proche parlement, restaurant, transport en commun, Danube...
Le manque d organisation, on réserve un massage, il est ecrit su on dois y aller en peignoir, ok mais c est le 3eme jours et nous n avons jamais eu de peignoir dans la chambre, nous réservons le petit dej au lit, on nous dit de mettre la pancarte sur la porte avant 3h du mat
Nous la mettons a 9h, la femme de menage la remet a l interieur nous la remettons a 15h et au final le lendemain matin pas de petit dej je descend a la réception et la on nous dit qu il faut appeler la réception avant de mettre la pancarte ! Sachant que nous l avons demander a 3 personnes de la réception ils nous on juste dit de la mettre avant 3h et que sur la pancarte il y a juste zcrit a déposer avant 3h du matin rien de plus ! En
Everything was perfect. They made us feel special. The apartment was confortable and warm, very clean and spacious. The frontdesk prepaired a surprize for my son's birthday. Very nice people. They solved everything we asked for with a smile on the face. Very good position of the hotel. The spa area made to relax after a full day. We enjoyed our stay at this perfect hotel

The staff were fantastic, they were so accommodating and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The room was spacious, clean and bright. The toiletries were wonderful. The breakfast was the absolute best hotel breakfast we've ever had, in the most beautifully preserved/restored ballroom - we looked forward to getting up each day! The location was very quiet yet almost next door to the beautiful parliament building and only one street away from the river.
It's a shame that, due to the space within the hotel being limited, the spa was rather small with a limit of 6 people at a time, however, we did enjoy using it. I would have loved for there to be a garden area to enjoy but the bar was pleasant enough.
