Splendido palazzo di fine '800 e sede della delegazione austriaca, l'Aurea Ana Palace Hotel offre un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. Abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti e siamo soddisfatti della scelta.
La camera dall'eleganza sobria e molto spaziosa è stata sicuramente il punto forte della permanenza.
Suggerirei di formare il personale, indubbiamente educato e gentile, all'accoglienza e ad una maggiore interazione con gli ospiti. A volte l'impressione è stata quella di essere invisibili.
My room right next to breakfast room was spectacular with high ceilings and magnificent doors. Very spacious and grandiose.

That there was no drinking water inthe room only the first day the second and the third day you had to pay for it and that with temperatures from around 40 celcius will not stay there again

La struttura è di lusso. Salone imponente per la colazione e i pasti del ristorante. Essenziale la palestra (qualche tapis roulant, qualche macchina) e la spa interna. Posizione estremamente centrale quasi davanti al parlamento.
La ubicacion el tamaño de las habitaciones. La cama muy comoda.

Die Auswahl der Speisen fürs Frühstück ist für ein 5* Hotel eher bescheiden. Mit dem Duplex - Zimmer waren wir zufrieden, gewöhnungsbedürftig war aber das Fehlen der Fenster in Augenhöhe. Auch die WC - Bürsten haben gefehlt.
