The hotel was in an excellent location near all tourist locations. The staff treatment was more than excellent. They were professional and paid attention to your needs and any concerns you might have. The rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and had variety of food. I highly recommend this hotel

אפילו כשהגענו שידרגו אותנו לחדר יותר גדול עם מרפסת בחינם
החדרים גדולים, נקיים מאוד וגם כל ערב עובר איש צוות שמוודא איתך שהחדר נקי ואתה מרוצה בחיים לא חוויתי משהו כזה
נפל לנו באחד הימים המחזיק של הסבון במקלחת וכבר באותו היום סודר ואפילו לא הודעתי על כך לאף אחד

המלון לא ממש קרוב לרחובות המרכזיים, כ 15 דקות הליכה ומעבר במעברים תת קרקעיים אבל לא משהו שהייתי פוסלת עליו את ההזמנה בדיעבד

Отличный отель. Очень понравился персонал особенно Гульнара и Эмилия на завтраке. Отличная уборка, особенно радует постоянное возобновление бутылок с водой. Завтрак обильный, вкусный, но немного однообразный. Местоположение: немного далековато от старого города, но из за дешевизны такси это непринципиально.

Cons:

Идин из матрасов был придавлен и неудобен. Заменить не просил.

В целом все понравилось, вид с балкона на родной город Баку был фантастическим!
Pros:

Первая ночь, к сожалению оставила неприятное впечатление. После заселения обнаружили грязный ковролин в номере, несвежие полотенца и постельное бельё. Для отеля такого уровня, как Courtyard by Marriott подобное было довольно неожиданным.
На следующее утро я обратилась на ресепшен с просьбой поменять номер. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить сотрудницу ресепшен Мадину — она очень внимательно отнеслась к ситуации, извинилась и именно она организовала нам апгрейд до номера категории Superior с балконом.
В итоге впечатление от отеля улучшилось благодаря тому, что проблему всё-таки решили и предоставили номер более высокой категории. Но хотелось бы, чтобы в дальнейшем больше внимания уделялось качеству уборки и подготовке номеров до заселения гостей.
Отдельное спасибо Мадине за профессиональное и доброжелательное отношение!
Отель понравился, рядом с центром города, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности!
