Hicimos el pre chek in con una señorita, a las 3:15 pm, la habitación no estaba lista, ella nos dijo que esperáramos y que nos avisaban cuando estuviera lista y que por el atraso nos iban a dar el desayuno de cortesía. Al pasar una hora de espera, tuve que acercarme para ver qué había pasado con mi habitación y se les había olvidado que yo estaba esperando. Me atendió un joven, para darme la llave y mi reserva no aparecía, me volvió a pedir cédulas, correo con la reserva y fue muy agobiante que no apareciera mi reserva, al rato apareció, me dio las llaves y me dijo que no estaba incluido el desayuno; yo le dije que la señorita nos ofreció el desayuno como cortesía por el retraso y el joven dijo que lo lamentaba porque no estaba reportado. Otra cosa que nos molestó un poco es que el acceso al wi fi no fue tan eficiente.

Underwhelming for the price you pay. Extremely uncomfortable hard beds.
Pros:

The restaurant had decent options for dinner

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. They didn’t really seem to care when I asked for it to be checked because they said they’ll send someone to check if the bed had any faults and no one came. Very expensive for what it is. Location was not ideal.

Nice Hilton. Cold AC!
Pros:

Very friendly management. Nice, modern, clean hotel. My room was hot when I checked in and was not cooling down after waiting some time. I contacted the front desk. Maintenance responded and fixed the situation right away. Then the room was perfect. Cold AC. Decent breakfast. Nice bar with a view.
