Que siendo huésped cobran la entrada al restaurante y el parqueo un poco elevado.
En la esquina de la habitación 2803 hay una grieta que causa cierto temor.

The staff is neither helpful nor proactive, despite our group being in contact months in advance to confirm specific requirements. Even though management pre-approved our requests, the staff showed zero willingness to assist once we arrived, with one colleague even being told the booking couldn't be found despite a prior in-person visit. The booking options themselves were nonsensical—offering breakfast for four people in a double bed room but not for two—forcing half our group to pay extra on-site because the staff refused to override the platform’s limitations and let us pay beforehand. Every request was met with the same dismissive excuse that we had to 'request the change through the platform.' This was incredibly frustrating, as I repeatedly explained that the platform did not offer the option for an additional pull-out bed or a breakfast add-on for our specific room type. Despite hotel management explicitly confirming these amenities were available prior to our booking, the staff refused to honor those promises or assist with the platform's limitations once we were on-site. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for one reservation because they failed to account for a pre-booking payment when sending a separate payment link, resulting in us paying more than the original price. While the facilities are adequate for a simple business trip, the staff’s total unwillingness to accommodate pre-confirmed group requests or resolve platform-related billing issues makes this hotel a poor choice for families or large parties. If you book, do it through their site, not Booking.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine reichhaltige Auswahl.
Das Gym war für etwas Fitness ausreichend.
Das Zimmer war ansprechend eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Dinner hingegen sah gut aus, hatte leider nicht die Qualität die man von einem Hilton Restaurant/Hotel gewohnt ist.
Dusche in der Damensauna leider abends ohne Licht und sehr kalt.
Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, welches wir gebucht hatten. Und hätten wir darauf bestanden, wäre es erst am anderen Tag möglich gewesen, und bei 3 Nächten möchte man nicht dann nicht umziehen.

Toller Aufenthalt zum entspannen
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer mit Blick aufs Stadion. Die Angestellten waren höflich und zuvorkommend. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool und das Fitnessstudio gefallen.

From the ambiance to the professionalism of the people, to the cleanliness of the hotel and the area, the food was perfect.

Cons:

that I had to leave and go home. Honestly this couldn't have been a better location for what I was looking for.
