Located next to the police department. Clean.
Had problem with prices paid not pulling through to Hilton from booking.com. It took dozens of communications with all levels of Hilton & booking.com to fix. I forfeited another day stay for the same reason. Then they didn’t have our room ready even after 4pm. Understaffed at service desk, only 1 person while the line had 20+ people on it.
I know it’s busy when concerts are in town and I’m sure everywhere is short staffed. We dropped our bags at the hotel around noon since early check-in wasn’t possible. Which was ok, but we got back at 3:30 to officially check in and the line was super long. Like waited 40 minutes to get up to the desk just to be told the room was still not ready. In fact very few people got a room. People were getting ready in the lobby and in the lobby restrooms. I will say the staff did as well as they could in that situation. But then after the concert they only had 1 person working and now everyone was still needing to check in. Just a major mess.
Absolutely nothing
That we didn’t get our room for 12 hours at 12:30 AM. After a concert. No valet parking left. Lines everywhere for HOURS. Some outside in the rain. People getting ready in the hotel lobby with curling irons hair dryers etc. Luggage everywhere. Looked like a TSA line. Kept being told 20 minutes or we will text when done. I never did get a text and we were on a wait list at 1:30 pm. Back at 3:30 sat until 5 still no room. Concert started at 5:15. Just showed up hoping I would have a room in the middle of the night so I didn’t have to drive home 4 hours. I honestly would like a refund from them. $400 for a room I was supposed to have at 3 pm and didn’t get until 12:30 Am doesn’t seem fair. 7 hours… pretty steep. Not enough staff to deal with any issues. Not been an easy task to get a hold of any of you. Probably won’t book through here again.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. The only issue we had was that the temperature in our room was 80° when we woke up on the morning despite the temp being set at 67° when we arrived and went to bed.
Convenient location within walking distance of US bank. Nice hotel and amenities.
We stayed here for a concert. The hotel was not ready for us to check in at the 3pm Checkin time that was listed on the confirmation email. We were told we would be called when a room was ready but never received a call or notification of our room being ready. It would have been nice to know ahead of time by email or call that our room was not ready so we didn’t waste our time waiting around. Instead we ended up being late to our concert hoping we would have been able to check in beforehand. We ended up putting all of our belongings back in our car on our way to our concert after waiting 2 hours for our room.

Nice location, downtown so close to everything. CLEAN. One of the first things I noticed was how friendly the staff was and how clean the room was. George the kitchen manager was AMAZING. Please give this man a raise, I hope the company and hotel recognize the value he brings. Was very friendly and kind, not just with me and my children but with all the guests. He brought out a high chair for my son and wiped down a table close to the breakfast area for us. A truly kind and genuine person.

Charged twice.
The staff was truly kind and made the stay feel much more welcome. The breakfast and coffee was exactly what I needed when waking up to the cold minneapolis days. The room also had a pretty good view of other parts of downtown, and the Skyway access was very convenient.
Cleanness 10/10! Everything was exactly how the pictures looked.
