The breakfast was served okayish, enough for a quick grab to satisfy the hunger. The breakfast buffet was to be eaten in paper plates and plastic cutlery. Since I am from Europe, was not sure if this is normal or acceptable in USA, but was not okay for my taste. But hey, there is a egg flip on the opposite side of the road, so i went there the next day and also had a coffee from the cafe on the opposite side. I am okay with paper plates on a normal day, but for 180 euros a night, i would expect a bit more. But again, I am no USA hotel expert.

Parking. Having to park a block away when not using valet was a bit of a pain. Especially when trying to carry all our bags to the hotel. This was a bit of an inconvenience.

How cold the room was. Couldn't turn off the air.

Wish you had two types of pillows and the beds were more comfortable.

Unfortunately, my experience was unacceptable from the moment I arrived. After a very long day of travel, I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door expecting to check in and instead walked into someone else’s room. That is a major security and privacy failure for both me and the guest whose room I was mistakenly given access to.

Once I was assigned a different room, it was obvious that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities. The room sensor to the door was ripped off, it was not clean, there was “fluids”sprayed and dried in the walls and headboard. The overall condition of the property gave the impression that it was poorly maintained. Combined with the security issue, I never would of felt comfortable during my stay.

I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, and this experience was nowhere near the standard I associate with the Hilton brand. This hotel needs significant improvement in both housekeeping and guest safety procedures.

The TV want working initially and they didn't have anyone to fix it on that day.
They don't clean the rooms daily

More variety with the fruit selections at breakfast. Also more options (e.g., hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, hot chocolate). The computers were inoperable on a couple of days. It would be good for the hotel to be affiliated with a taxicab service. And I would have appreciated the opportunity to purchase a daily newspaper.
