The hotel was a great price, especially for a downtown convenient location. The facility is modern and clean with a friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and a great selection of items. The amenities are limited, but in exchange for a much lower price it is well worth giving up the amenities that normally aren't use anyway.
Had some trouble with the heat/cooling initially, but our issue was quickly resolved.

Really dirty window and the room looked over a wall. Was pretty basic
The location was excellent. Breakfast options were good. We just thought for a room that size that there should have been another chair. We came from a much smaller room in the Dells of Wisconsin that had two chairs and a table. Also the ventilation system was extremely noisy, the fan never shut off after reaching the set temperature. I also noticed the elevator floors could use mopped as there was something sticky on it. Just FYI there is a gap between the carpet tiles just outside the room entrance.
Loved the location!! Didn't like that parking was not included in the price of the room.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Breakfast eating area was nice.
Parking. Having to park a block away when not using valet was a bit of a pain. Especially when trying to carry all our bags to the hotel. This was a bit of an inconvenience.
The room was clean, nicely put together, comfortable bed and mattress. Bathoorm was very clean and comfortable to use. All amenities including a fridge, iron stand and iron box, toiletries were available. Great supportive staff.
The breakfast was served okayish, enough for a quick grab to satisfy the hunger. The breakfast buffet was to be eaten in paper plates and plastic cutlery. Since I am from Europe, was not sure if this is normal or acceptable in USA, but was not okay for my taste. But hey, there is a egg flip on the opposite side of the road, so i went there the next day and also had a coffee from the cafe on the opposite side. I am okay with paper plates on a normal day, but for 180 euros a night, i would expect a bit more. But again, I am no USA hotel expert.
How clean it was. No noise. No kids that I seen. Staff available 24hrs
How cold the room was. Couldn't turn off the air.
