This hotel is beautiful, new, well located and has the best staff in property!

Excellent service and overall experience. The part of town we were in kind of died down around 5-6.
Pros:

The staff was truly kind and made the stay feel much more welcome. The breakfast and coffee was exactly what I needed when waking up to the cold minneapolis days. The room also had a pretty good view of other parts of downtown, and the Skyway access was very convenient.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was great. The sweet man who was cooking and in charge of breakfast was amazing. I apologize I did not get his name. Ramyah was also extremely amazing and so friendly! She made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful when asking questions about the area and things to do. She made sure we felt safe and was very accommodating. Overall this was an amazing stay and the price was amazing too! Very happy! Your staff is amazing! Valet service was great as well.

Cons:

The only thing I "didnt like" were the beds and bedding. They were not very comfortable and wish there was more bedding or thicker comforter, bigger pillows. Otherwise, no complaints!

It was a neat place, the staff in the morning were so nice and pleasant.
Pros:

Very clean, and very convenient for what we went there for. The passport office is literally 4 minutes from there.

Cons:

The parking situation. Have to pay extra to park at the hotels spot and that’s fine it was just too expensive. We were only there for one night.
There was no microwave in the room.

Overall great place to stay when visiting Minneapolis
Pros:

Everyone was nice, I loved the location and the staff. I really liked the breakfast and the toiletries were top notch. I would recommend this place to family and friends and I will be booking here in the future.

Cons:

The Wi-fi made it hard for me to stay connected. Other than that it was a good stay. I understand sometimes having many people on one network slows down the quality of the wifi but in this case it was too bad to even upload a photo.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok and included on the price, basic room.

Cons:

The AC is running very loud 24 hours, there is no way to turn it off, so loud fan noise all night.
I just leave after 6 nights and when to another hotel.
