Nothing. I found the hotel to be dirty and not well maintained. I will not be staying at a hotel without a front desk in the future. I found it less comfortable and more expensive than the Travelodge.
Broken window. Lots of noise. Broken shower and fan in a heat wave. The lack of staff on hand was a big issue. Overall unhappy and left after a half hour of being there to stay elsewhere. Wish I could have gotten a refund but understand that I didn't pay extra for that privilige.
The location is excellent as it’s right near the seafront and close walking distance from all the bars and restaurants.
My room was exceptionally clean! Facilities were great, everything I needed (iron under the bed!!) and a fab shower!
Only having to walk all the way up the stairs to the top floor for my room (especially after my night out, wearing wedges!) but understandable of course!
Chambre propre. Assez petite contrairement à ce que peux laisser penser les photos. Emplacement très sympathique, proche du bord de mer. Proche du centre, praticable à pied etc.
Peu de lumière naturelle au rez de chaussée, rue assez bruyante dehors. Potentiel énorme mais mal exploité je pense. La chambre est plus instagrammable que pratique.

Modern decor in Georgian building, very close to sea front with partial sea view, clean, comfortable, good in-room facilities.
In run down street, lots of steep narrow stairs (we were on top floor). No air-con in room which was hot with the evening sun, the fan was noisy. No staff.
Nice little hotel, perfect for a one night stay! Shower was really nice and bed was comfy. There is a fridge to store anything you may need and tea/coffee facilities :) Had a fan too!
The vines on the wall brought a lot of dust/powder onto my stuff underneath it. The room was quite small, a bit cramped and I would've liked a bit more fresh air.

The location was superb and it was very clean.
The spotlights were out so it made the accommodation dark.

The location was superb! Ease of checking in & the app is a great idea very informative. There are discounts with local restaurants too! The force of the shower was good. Modern decor. The fan was very forceful & lovely to have in this heatwave. Beds were comfy. Iron & board & microwave a useful addition.
There were good facilities but there was a lack of attention to detail. Not a deal breaker but the shower hose was leaking & because it was black there was heavy limescale staining on the taps & a weird blue stain down the wall on the tiles. The iron & board were a great addition but the iron plate wasn’t clean. Nice to have the ability to have a small meal in the room but there was only one knife & fork & 3 spoons which all needed to be washed as the previous guests obviously didn’t bother. The sink was tiny & I struggled to wash the stuff we used effectively. I booked for twin room - your site then said it wasn’t guaranteed so I messaged the place 4 times & didn’t get an acknowledgment & replying to their email to confirm if I wanted a twin or kingsize room just gave me an undeliverable error message. I had to call them to speak to someone.

Very hot and cramped
Great location and convenient with the code entry system. The room was well-presented and clean and tidy. The addition of a mini fridge and microwave were really handy too. Lots of nice little touches.
There were some noisy works taking place across the road, though this was not the fault of the property owners.
A good location, well thought out space.
