Lovely Stay with Excellent Food & Beverage Team
Pros:

We had a lovely stay and were made to feel very welcome throughout. The Food & Beverage team were particularly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. They went out of their way to engage with our daughter, which added a personal touch to our experience and made us feel especially welcome as a family.

Although dogs were not permitted in the main restaurant area and we had to sit just outside it, the staff ensured we had everything we needed and were well looked after throughout our meals.

Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of options. Everything was well prepared, and even the cooked items felt lighter and healthier than you might typically expect from a hotel breakfast.

The leisure facilities were also a highlight of our stay. They were well maintained and enjoyable for the whole family. Our baby especially loved the pool, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there together.

While our arrival experience at reception felt a little rushed and lacked some warmth, this was a minor point in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Overall, a lovely hotel with a fantastic Food & Beverage team, great family-friendly facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would happily return.

Modern and Aesthetically pleasing hotel with great staff and breakfast
Pros:

Well designed and aesthetically pleasing hotel with great facilities. The hotel is really spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. I want to particularly thank the lady who was on reception (Vicky I believe her name was) and the lady who was in charge of breakfast (I believe her name was Genni), they were both very helpful, smiley and friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast range is great and good value for money.
