Clean and away from rush.
Had to pay £21 for parking overnight
Cleanliness of the hotel was very good. Room was brilliant and a good choice at the breakfast buffet.
Perhaps a box of tissues in the room would be useful. Also we didn't like the small cups to make a drink. Would prefer a small mug and more milk, a few biscuits to have upon arrival and some sachets of drinking chocolate for bedtime.
The location was convenient. Furnishings and decorations were nice. Swimming pool on premises.
1. The room was very hot when we checked in. Despite air conditioning it was uncomfortably warm. No in room phone. The hotel phone number on the key was never answered. Asked reception staff to lower AC temperature and was reassured but still room wasn’t cooled. Woke up in the middle of the night only to go down to request them again. Nothing changed.
2. Limited toiletries in the room. Only soap and shampoo. Not even available at request.
3. Breakfast spread didn’t offer much variety beyond cooked english breakfast and cereal.
4. Pool was over-chlorinated and spa wasn’t functional.
Wish they had a good night sleep guarantee like one of their competitors.
The proximity to the train station, pool and sauna.

Estuve casi una semana y uno de los días, no me hicieron el servicio de limpieza de la habitación. Nadie dio explicaciones.
Como parte del servicio diario NO fue entregado, solicité una compensación, lo cual la gerenta del hotel nunca me hizo una propuesta. Llevo muchos años viajando por trabajo y es primera vez que no me limpian la habitación, sin darme una explicación satisfactoria.
