Staff, cleanliness, lack of bedding, lack of staff. The stay was a joke and I ended up with no quilt!!!

Accessing the pool area was frustrating with the process that is in place for hotel guests.
A better process would be to have access for up to 3/4 hours making it easier for families.
Car parking with a benefit would be helpful as that is a huge costs

Habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas. Wifi en todo el edificio. Muy buena atención del personal, en especial (me da vergüenza decirlo ya que no conozco su nombre), la chica italiana.
El restaurante cumple la expectativas. Está cerca de la estación Cambridge North, pero no hay mucho más.
A veces había que ser un poco insistente con el personal para que te ayudara, como para pedir un recibo. Faltaría una lavandería autousuario.
