Perfect for what I wanted. Spotlessly clean, a good-sized room, a plentiful breakfast with a good amount of choice, helpful staff and conveniently placed right next to the railway station with the centre of Cambridge only 5 minutes away. I was also unexpectedly able to check in very early which was appreciated. I'd happily stay here again.

The first room we had had no air con but they moved us and it was a lovely room
The service was not good at all. The pool was not clean at all. They charged us for slippers and also charged us 35 pounds per person for breakfast, which was not good at all.

Clean and modern hotel with kind and attentive staff. Sauna is nice and hot 🔥
They didn't have our room ready until 6pm, and we had to ask for the sofa bed to be made up, no information was provided upfront so it was confusing when we went upstairs and there was no clarity on next steps for the sofa bed.
In the morning we didn't plan for the long breakfast queue to get a table. If we had been looking to catch a train this would have been a real issue
At breakfast the only source of plates was at the start of the hot food buffet so you had to awkwardly cut in line to grab a plate if you just wanted to go to the cold foods sections. Breakfast setup and table mgt could use some work.

Breakfast was lovely, a nice spread and lots of options. The beds were really comfy and the bathroom had a great shower. We really enjoyed our stay :)
The location to the railway station and the buses was excellent. The hotel was lovely.
Not enough tea, coffee and milk in our room and it would have been nice to have some biscuits and bottles of water.
