Nice hotel, but inefficient administration and too-hot rooms
Pros:

Good-looking hotel, conveniently located. Rooms are nice and spaceous. Staff is friendly.
Breakfast is great. Coffee could be better, but everything else is amazing.

Cons:

The rooms get way too hot with no way to cool them down rapidly, as windows only open 15°. Temperature was set to 25°C as we came into the room (error by cleaning staff or the standard?) and the room didn't cool down much despite turning off the heat immediately and leaving the window open all night. For some reason, you can only open the window a measly 15°. This was in February.

Another major issue was that it took four separate requests to finally get the invoices for our one-night stay. Invoices, plural, because they invoice per room instead of per customer, which is crazy inefficient. Each room also needs to be separately checked in and out from and this process takes long.

Früh buchen ok .für kurzfristig zu teuer
Pros:

Frühstück sehr vielseitig. Nur Bacan hat mir gefehlt. Betten super bequem. Habe wie ein Engel 😇 geschlafen. Bettwäsche frisch und Handtücher sehr weich und nicht alt und verbraucht.

Cons:

Parkplatz war vorhanden fand es trotzdem sehr teuer. Wollte verlängern geht nur online. Können keine apgrate für zimmer machen. 2 Nacht wäre mir zu teuer geworden. Mußte in ein anderes hotel umziehen. Schade.
