Pros:

Perfect location for my work related activities. The view from my room this time was amazing - Düsseldorf Skyline. I am a return client and I love that it is easy to get my admin done every time.

Cons:

There was only one receptionist when I arrived about 18:00 and my perception was that he spent way too much time chatting with the customer in front of me. Granted I was already tired from a long day with work meetings and was down on my patience battery. Eventually a second receptionist showed up and I could check in.

War kurz und schön, top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, würde ich definitiv wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr bequeme Betten, das Hotel hat ein schönes, modernes Design und das Frühstück war eine 10 von 10. mega lecker und sehr viel Auswahl!

Cons:

Das man in den Zimmern keine Fenster öffnen konnte.

Disappointing place to stay
Pros:

Sorry but nothing.
Brought like something special, but basically it's a bad 2 star hotel with unproffesional and unfriendly staff.

Cons:

Room not clean.
Cockroach 🪳.
Housekeeping did not clean room during 2 day stay.
Exhauster bathroom not functioning well and not cleaned in months.
Cheap furniture.
Bed moving if you turn around.
No facilities at all except bar and lousy vendor machines.

Unfriendly staff at reception. More busy with themselves than delivering service to guests.

At checkout staff ask: all in order? I answered no and I told her colleagues already 2 times that same message - what's the problem in this hotel. But nothing changed. So as a hotel and tourism professional I know better. This is all outer performance, not real service.
