I’ve always had great experiences staying at this hotel and always book here whenever I’m in Düsseldorf. Unfortunately, for the first time, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The bedsheets appeared to have been used, with visible stains and several strands of straight hair on the pillow and surrounding area. The curtains also had several noticeable stains, which added to the overall impression that the room had not been properly cleaned. I even had to clean some surfaces myself using my own disinfectant wipes. This was quite disappointing, especially considering my consistently positive experiences in the past. I hope more attention will be paid to cleanliness in the future.

Vieles war super, manches so lala.

Cons:

Dass mein Handtuch nicht auf dem Boden lag, sondern ich's zum trocken und wieder verwenden aufgehängt hatte, es dennoch mitgenommen aber nicht ersetzt wurde. Dass kein Wasser/Wasserkocher/Tee/Glas/Tasse auf dem Zimmer war und auch kein Schrank (nur ein winziges Regal), um Kleidung usw zu verstauen, ich den selben Preis bezahlt habe wie meine Kollegin, sie jedoch mehr Comfort hatte sowie ein um einiges größeres Zimmer.

Нас заселили трохи раніше 15:00, що було приємним бонусом.
Дуже смачні сніданки — вибір хороший, голодними ми точно не залишалися.
Чудове розташування, дуже близько до залізничного вокзалу та центру 15 хвилин пішки.
Окремо хочеться подякувати бармену (українцю) за надзвичайно приємне спілкування та ідеальне обслуговування — це єдина світла пляма серед усього персоналу.

Cons:

Ми зайшли в абсолютно неприбраний номер. Довелося чекати, поки там приберуть. За це персонал дав нам ваучер на безкоштовні напої (вино, чай, кава) на 4-х осіб, що трохи згладило ситуацію. Але вночі виявилося, що номер заброньований на чотирьох, а ковдр і подушок всього три. Знову довелося йти на рецепцію, і цього разу перед нами навіть не вибачилися. Загалом персонал (крім бармена) непривітний — на будь-які зауваження ледь не закочували очі. У кімнаті катастрофічно не вистачає базових речей. Немає ні шафи, ні стола, ні стільця. Відсутні чайник і навіть звичайні склянки. Вішаків на 4-х осіб дуже мало. Освітлення: Воно дуже тьмяне і погане. Якщо вам потрібно зробити макіяж перед важливою зустріччю — ви не зможете цього нормально зробити ані у ванній, ані в кімнаті.

Pros:

Kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof, geräumiges und kreativ gestaltetes Doppelzimmer, sehr reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück, Cappuccino top! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, uns wurde spät abends beim check in noch eine Zugverbindung für den nächsten Tag rausgesucht und für die Abholung ein Taxi bestellt. Alles in allem, definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Für jeden was dabei.
Wir haben die Gepräckaufbewahrung genutzt. Das hat prima funktioniert.
Das Zimmer war relativ groß und schön. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
