Good breakfast and nice room, but ruined by the lack of proper AC in summer and no towel changes.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the room itself was nice and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly.

Cons:

During a heatwave, the air conditioning didn't cool at all (it just blew normal air). Also, they didn't change our towels or clean the room during our stay.

No air conditioning led to a very unpleasant stay
Pros:

A very standard hotel with standard rooms and facilities. Nice staff, friendly atmosphere.

Cons:

No air conditioning, which (to me) was very unexpected for an IHG brand hotel. There was some kind of ventilation system that (according to the staff member) added somewhat cooler air to the room, however with outdoor temperatures of 36 degrees, the room was a toasty 28, even during the night. Staff could not do anything about this, as is expected, and they offered an extra fan, but … a hotel without air conditioning, especially when marketed as this one, should be a thing of a very distant past.

Pros:

Wir haben das Musical Theater besucht, was nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt liegt. Auch die Innenstadt war gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar.
