A localização é muito boa, bem no centro de Araçatuba. O quarto que ficamos era amplo e confortável, com colchões e travesseiros confortáveis. Tudo simples, mas bem conservado. O café da manhã é bem servido, com bastante variedade.

Não teve nada digno de ser registrado como ponto negativo.
