We had a very good stay. We will definitely like to stay here again if we revisit Tokyo
Pros:

We were a family of four. The room was spacious. Even the bunk beds were very comfortable and big enough to accommodate an adult too. Check in and check out was smooth and the hotel was very prompt to respond to all our queries.

家族なら快適
Pros:

高齢者がいる家族には、1フロアーなので
目が行き届き、家にいる気持ちになれてよかった
電化製品が揃っていた
掃除機は一度も掛けなかった

Cons:

ソファーベッドが二つあれば更に良い
目線を変えると、風呂場で掃除されてない部分があった、
洗濯機の後ろの壁の隙間に前の客の埃まみれの服が残されていた、汚れがとれない皿がしまわれていた。
三泊でも湯船の掃除はできない、バスマットは2枚は欲しい。

Très bien
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 min à pied du métro ce qui est très pratique. Durant notre séjour nous avons pu aussi pu faire nos courses au Life qui est juste à côté. Il y a également plusieurs petits restos dans le quartier, si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner
Niveau équipements, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La chambre est plutôt grande comparé à d'autres hôtels.
Le quartier n'est pas aussi vivant qu'Akihabara, mais au moins, nous avons été calmes.

Cons:

Comme dans tous les hôtel au Japon, il n'y a pas de volets, ce qui peut être un peu problématique étant donné que le soleil se lève tôt, mais à part cela tout était vraiment très bien.
Le check-in avec un QR code peut être déroutant, mais cela s'est très bien passé.

Cosy and easy stay
Pros:

The stay and room is cosy and we enjoyed our stay there. The added bonus of washing machine to wash our clothes was good except that a rack or area to dry clothes (rather that using the dryer mode) would be nice. 7-eleven is round the corner which is good.

Cons:

The distance to the train is a little distant for walking but is reachable.

部屋が広めでとても綺麗でした。連泊向きのお宿でした。
