Pros:

The room was spacious and had all the amenities you need. The location is quiet and far from the madness of Akihabara. The responses from the staff were usually quite quick.

Cons:

There was nothing wrong with the room per se, though we did end up leaving earlier than planned. The check in was done via iPad in the lobby, but just FYI you will not be allowed to check in before 15:00. The room had only one small, hard pillow and only one towel each (we were staying for 3 nights and 2 towels is ideal if you want to wash your hair). I probably could have asked for more, though there was not always any staff around. There was an annoying automatic light in the hallway, so if anybody goes to the toilet in the night, it will come on. We did ask if this could be turned off and they said they would check with staff in the area, but we didn't end up staying long enough. All in all, I cannot complain (even though it seems like I am!) and I think this would be a great place for a family or group of friends to stay, it just wasn't for us. It was our last stop and it just didn't compare to all the good hotels and service we'd had previously.

Would consider another stay
Pros:

Room was great. Got everything i needed. The washing machine and the scales was especially nice to have. Quite spacious, good for family of 4.

Cons:

Wifi was kinda slow. Could be improved.

Overall, a comfortable stay as we aren’t dirty people. However, could be better with the communication.
Pros:

Good sized room/apartment that is pretty close to Akihabara (about 8-10 mins walk) which has the Yamamote line, hibiya line, chuo sobu line and Tsukuba express. It was also close to other stations which has the Ginza line.

We did get our all luggage’s delivered and it was sent to our rooms by the Minn crew despite other hotels saying there are no staff at Minn Akihabara. I think the property should clearly clarify about this as we were turned down by our Kyoto hotel to send the luggage (had to lug our luggages to a family mart to get it sent).

For the price we paid, it was a decent value.

Cons:

Some things are not well maintained: our temperature bath sensor was faulty. A MINN crew came in to “fix” it where it was a set temperature. We use different temperatures so the temp solution wasn’t great.

We never ever got our rooms cleaned despite staying at the property for 7 days.

Instructions on how to get new towels on the information card didn’t work. We sent an inquiry but never ever got any new towels. You need to communicate directly with the crew to get towels.
