I would like to give a special shoutout to a room attendant, Rabindra. He's a sunshine with a bright smile and always greeting guests. Excellent room service! Please give this man a raise!!!

The hotel was very nice, the staff were amazing and everything was so clean and spotless. The front desk, the security and the restaurant staff were all so nice and helpful. Riya from the restaurant was very helpful and made sure we always had everything we needed at breakfast, she was very attentive to all our needs, the chefs and the other restaurant staff were also very good.
Thinzar from housekeeping was absolutely amazing, he always went out of his way for any requests we had and cleaned our room to perfection, he always made sure everything was perfect and spotless.

This hotel was amazing, the rooms were clean and just everything about it was great.

What was possibly the best aspect of the hotel was the breakfast. Breakfast had everything from omelettes to french toast and so much more. This made me and my family look forward to breakfast every morning as we could try out something new every single day.

The hotel had amazing service. I would like to shout out Ali, who was an amazing person to talk to, a very kind individual, and always had a smile. As well as being an amazing person, he served the best coffees and lattes and other beverages and definitely deserves a raise.

We had a fantastic time, and would definitely come again.

It is a quiet place to really rest after a long journey. The Element Marriott staff are accommodating and kind to answer questions and gives accurate guidance.
The room staff Samier is very efficient, everyday he comes to take out the garbage, and provides water, sugar and tea which well appreciated. Linens and towels are change frequently. He vacuums the room and keep the bathroom tidy and clean. We appreciate your high customer service. Our stay is like a home away from home. We feel rested and relaxed after a tired day.

The hotel appears to be infested with bedbugs, as evidenced by the multiple bites and rashes developed by the affected guests during their stay. Although the issue was initially mistaken for a food-related reaction, it was later confirmed to be caused by bedbug activity in the room. Despite raising this matter immediately and even emailing the General Manager, no one has responded or taken ownership of the situation. This reflects a serious lapse in hygiene, guest safety, and service standards. We request urgent action, a thorough inspection, and appropriate corrective measures to ensure the well-being of all residents.

I had an excellent experience during my visit. The place was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well-maintained. What truly made my visit outstanding was the service provided by the staff,. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made me feel genuinely valued as a customer.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with daily housekeeping and everything working perfectly.

We had full board, and the food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for every taste. The restaurant staff were welcoming and efficient — always polite and smiling.

🏖 Location and transport
The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. A free shuttle service runs regularly to Burjuman Metro Station, Dubai Mall, and Kite Beach, which makes getting around very easy.
It takes about 25–30 minutes to walk to the nearest metro (ADCB metro station or Sharaf DG), through a safe and pleasant area, or just 10 minutes by taxi to downtown.

🏊 Facilities
There’s a lovely rooftop pool with a beautiful city view — perfect for relaxing after exploring Dubai. Towels are available at the pool.

👨‍👩‍👧 For families
We traveled as a family — my wife, our 7-year-old daughter, and I. Everyone felt comfortable and welcome. Our daughter especially loved the pool and the friendly atmosphere.

Aloft Al Mina is a modern, stylish, and very cozy hotel. A great choice for families and anyone who appreciates friendly service and comfort.

Oh where to begin. Such a fun and calm way to enjoy a Dubai trip in this hotel. The perks and the ammenities just wonderful. Rooms and floors are clean with the help of AMMAR--who works tirelessly and fast--to keep up with guests. Just wonderful to be here.
