Hand towels were very rough
The combination of grandeur and comfort. Great location, we walked the old town and nearby areas in two hours with a guide. The hotel and the area is rich in history.
An odd, contemporary steel and artificial decorative item with some furniture in the middle of the lobby. Very odd looking. Probably it was temporarily there.

- Le minibar était vide. Dans un hôtel de cette catégorie, j'aurais apprécié de pouvoir disposer, à tout moment, d'une boisson fraîche ou d'une petite collation, sans avoir à contacter la réception.
- Il était impossible de régler la température de la chambre. Après mon signalement à la réception, la chambre est restée beaucoup trop chaude pendant plus de cinq heures.

Location was excellent. The Vault is such a nice added extra experience.
Staff was polite, breakfast was very good.
Nothing to dislike. Except maybe the stairs within the same floor made it hard to pull luggage. I guess its due to being an old building connected across.
