Pros:

The staff was very nice, excellent location and the Titanium suite was big with a nice balcony.

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the bedroom, we killed a large one the second day and, in the last night, we had one falling from the ceiling straight into our bed.

Wonderful relaxing experience !
Pros:

Amazing! best hotel I have ever stayed at (we like to stay in the four seasons when we travel)!!! The staff were sooo lovely and helpful, but also not over the top. the entrance was gorgeous and smelt so so good (they sell candles and hand creams of it thankfully)
The gym was perfect, clean. pool sauna and steam room- elegant , calm and relaxing.
we went to for a cocktail in the little speakeasy- it was a very tasty cocktail and the place was really cool.
our room was clean , to a very high standard
could not have loved the hotel any more.

Niesamowite!
Pros:

Niesamowite miejsce. Nie byliśmy jeszcze w tak cudownym hotelu. Obsługa top, wnętrza przepiękne, jak kadry z filmu. Dbałość o detale, szczegóły - top. Klimat, lokalizacja - najlepsze. Darmowy parking też jest dużym plusem. Z okazji naszego wyjazdu nowożeńskiego dostaliśmy nawet mały prezent, to przesłodkie. Śniadania przepyszne, dopracowane w każdym szczególe.
Strefa spa super i bardzo klimatyczna. Cudownie, bardzo polecamy!
