Buena ubicación, mal estacionamiento

La ubicación, muy cerca del centro

Cons:

Que no incluyen estacionamiento propio del hotel, sino que es en alianza con una pensión, la cuál te cobra por el horario que dejas tu carro fuera del horario que te incluye el hotel

El hotel es muy bonito, la decoración y el ambiente es muy acogedor. Está muy limpio.La ubicación muy céntrica y cómoda para caminar

Es un lío para estacionar el coche, hay un convenio con un estacionamiento para la pensión pero sería mejor que ampliaran el horario

Hotel and room with in Mexican style.
Great location.

Cons:

No dedicated drop-off location in front of the hotel where you can unload the luggage from your car. No help with luggage either while our room was 2 stairs up.
Parking was 2 blocks away.

A prestar atención al pago y al tamaño real de las habitaciones.

La arquitectura del lugar y la ubicación.

Cons:

Al llegar les recordamos que la habitación estaba pagada, pero la señora de recepción se negó a chequearlo y nos exigió un nuevo pago. Más tarde, cuando le mostré el recibo de pago de Booking, de mala gana accedió a devolverme el importe, que por la tardanza de varios días y las variaciones del dólar, resultó inferior al pagado. La señora se mostró desagradable con nosotros todo el tiempo. La habitación no tiene los 18 m2 anunciados en Booking, sino más bien 9 o 10. El inodoro, la ducha y el lavamanos están separados. De hecho deberás asearte y lavarte los dientes delante de los demás miembros de la habitación. Las paredes resultan tan delgadas que debimos esperar a que los de la habitación de al lado apagaran el televisor para poder dormirnos.

Great location to all Historical sites and walkable for all ages. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful interior of facility. Very quaint and ambience is great.

Cons:

No A.C.. facility is a little dated and needs better maintenance. Room small.
