I booked a room for me and my friends 2 beds 2 weeks in advance i check in someone is in my room i go to see if i can get a new room they told me only a single bed first off couldn’t get the refund difference second of all after all that my deposit never was returned
Clean, comfortable and good location. Especially appreciated the ice machine in the peak of summer!
Breakfast was alright, but the fruit could’ve been fresher, and a plant-based milk option would be really helpful!

The bed totally sucked, I didn't get much sleep. The bed in 339 is much too soft and I didn't get any sleep that night stay. Parking was out of control over $40 dollar for one night.

Didn’t clean our room the entire time we were there, even after getting sick and putting in a special request for them to come clean our room while we were gone for most of the day.
The hotel has a good vibe,is in great condition and its staffed with friendly people.
Breakfast was really disappointing. The plates were wet and we had to go through a lot to find clean ones. The eggs were overcooked and cold as were the potatoes.
On the bright side, the sausages were hot and delicious.

The check-in process was convenient and easy. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the AC was great. The breakfast was also delicious.
Being downtown there isn't room for parking at the hotel unless it is valet. The parking garage is harder to navigate and the clearance is pretty low.
Shared spaces where comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Location was excellent. Room was super clean and well organized. Overall the hotel felt carefully designed.
Plates were disgustingly dirty. There were not too many amenities. Room got very hot during the night, but Arizona was very hot during my stay, it's an external factor.
