Breakfast was decent, valet staff was great
Didn’t clean our room the entire time we were there, even after getting sick and putting in a special request for them to come clean our room while we were gone for most of the day.
The hotel has a good vibe,is in great condition and its staffed with friendly people.
Breakfast was really disappointing. The plates were wet and we had to go through a lot to find clean ones. The eggs were overcooked and cold as were the potatoes.
On the bright side, the sausages were hot and delicious.

Shared spaces where comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Location was excellent. Room was super clean and well organized. Overall the hotel felt carefully designed.
Plates were disgustingly dirty. There were not too many amenities. Room got very hot during the night, but Arizona was very hot during my stay, it's an external factor.

Parking was a mission
The check-in process was convenient and easy. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the AC was great. The breakfast was also delicious.
Being downtown there isn't room for parking at the hotel unless it is valet. The parking garage is harder to navigate and the clearance is pretty low.

The valet staff was helpful.
I didn't like the lack of parking, price of valet assistance and how difficult it was to get to the valet locations. The valet should have more help with the location especially for the price to make up for how difficult it was.
