Pros:

Room was big . Breakfast was decent but could've been better to be affiliated with the Hilton corporation!!!!!

Cons:

Couch was old and had holes on it... The mattress was hard . Bed spread was old .

The room was ok, not very clean

Cons:

Both my boyfriend and I had our cars broken into, windows shattered out along with 2 other guests that evening. We learned this has happened several times in the last few weeks. We were told we'd hear from the manager(we never did). No extra measures to notify guests or ensure their safety were made. No care was shown by the guy at the front desk who was more interested in his cigarette break and sitting I. The back office(which is probably why he didn't know the break ins were occurring). Horrible experience, horrible staff.

Great stay. Everything was clean and well maintained.
Pros:

Front desk (David) was great. Very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

I prefer firm pillows and pillows were very soft. Would be nice if you could select pillows or if they could give a couple of each type.

I didn't like the breakfast station or breakfast choices. It was the same options the days I stayed. One morning I had to tell the employee the English muffins all had mold on them.

Great hotel to stay
Pros:

We stayed at Home2 Suites Plano for a wedding weekend, and everything was great from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well taken care of. It made our weekend even better knowing we had a clean and relaxing place to come back to. We had a great experience and will definitely come back soon!

I had a fantastic stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton North Plano Hwy 75 while traveling for work. The location is convenient with easy access to major highways, corporate offices, and plenty of nearby restaurants. The suite was spacious, clean, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day of meetings.

The full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher was a huge plus for an extended business trip. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety each morning, and the coffee was always fresh. Not the Hilton Experience you expect!
Pros:

Pictures still show 2 beds in a room. No longer available due to renovations last year. Only 1 bed per room. There is no "full" kitchen as you have to hope to get a portable cooktop for which there are not enough to go around. You have to ask for housekeeping even though the room information decal on the mirror says they will do it every other day. Getting towels for the room or pool is very difficult, not enough to go around. Would not recommend staying here as the staff is ineffective in serving guests in all departments. Owner was made aware via email response to his inquiry with no response to date.
