Dechmark Hotel

The location was very good as easy access to railway stations,buses,Ejeeps and shopping malls.

1/ TV was not working,
2/ Hotel should at least have some brouchers/phamplets and a telephone directory availabe for tourists at the front desk .
3/ beddings and towels be change every 3rd day

The building and room where okay but the room was unbearable due to huge amounts of cockroaches.reception was unavailable most of time and quite lazy and unwelcoming .hotel hard to find .no sign or anything like that.

Its a cheap hotel with bad wifi. I needed a place to sleep while the pace I booked was ready. The bed was comfortable enough, and quiet enough, to get some good sleep. It is noisy from morning to evening, you are right next to a busy street. The only bad part was the wifi. It is fast, but constantly on and off...

Mark is an amazing hotel manager he’s very polite very kind however the facilities are not so great but for what is worth it’s okay

ホテルの一階には挨拶もできない態度の悪いおじさん警備員がおり、ここを通る時には必ず声をかけろと言うが、何階がフロントなのかも教えてくれず往復するはめに。

通された部屋は薄暗く、生臭い匂いが部屋中に漂っていた。臭いの発生源だと思われる風呂場には誰かが使ったカミソリや石鹸のゴミがそのまま置かれていた。わかりにくい場所では無いので単純にちゃんと掃除をしていないのだと思う。

なぜかベッドの反対側にコンセントがあるせいで充電しながら電子機器をいじることが困難で、どうしてこのようなレイアウトにしたのか理解に苦しむ。

フィリピンのトイレでは便座が無いこともよくあるが、このホテルもそうだった。予約サイトでは写真に便座が写っているが実際には無い。

道路側に面しているせいもあるが、窓が完全に密閉していないせいもあって騒音が室内に響く。窓を開けても閉めても外に居るのとほとんど変わらない騒音が一日中響いていた。

1週間滞在の予定だったがほとんど眠れず翌日逃げるようにしてここを後にした。
騒音のせいで寝るだけとしての利用価値もない。
ただ、エアコンは比較的新しいのかよく冷えた。

Quite old and dirty building for this price. As of this location, there were heaps of cars beaping the horn even after midnight. The windows in the room were so thin.
Shower and toilet was terrible, half broken.
Wifi got disconnected for hours.

Staff were nice and lovely.

Good location right next to Tayuman LRT 1 line. Renovated building with 24 hr security guard

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
TV didn't work properly.
Water permanently running in shower.
Noise from traffic/people outside unbelievably noisy for almost 24 hours.
Bit far from touristy places in Manila.

No garbage can or any trash bag.
No rug outside the CR.

The linens and pillows were stained the wash room is dirty i found bedbugs in the bed as well.

Rooms are clean and well sanitized, kind staff. Near fast food chain and access to public transportation. This hotel is highly recommended and worth the price.
