The staff was nice

Cons:

Our room was a filthy covered in dust and dog hair there was hair in our sheets the carpet felt thick and sticky the bed was hard as a rock

Everything worked out for a comfy and cool nights sleep!
Pros:

Nice place. Comfy beds and clean. Elevator was dirty and common area tables needed to be cleaned.

Cons:

Our AC wasn’t working when we got there. Totally booked so couldn’t change rooms. Nice man at reception called manager and they it was replaced while we were at dinner! Thank you for taking care of it!

Chandler Ravenwood work stay for the month of May
Pros:

Extra large handicap room!! Plenty of room without feeling cramped!!

Cons:

Has been a water leak above bathroom door area probably from second floor where drywall has been compromised but not addressed yet. Also two of the light bulbs were out in the corner lamps. One of the plugs didn't work.

Great hotel
Pros:

We have stayed here multiple times. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. If traveling thru Chandler Tx this is a great option.
