Important information:

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

A deposit is required on arrival. Studio is AED 500 per day. One bedroom is AED 500 per day. Two bedroom is AED 1,000 per day. Three bedroom is AED 1,000 per day. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the suite.

Any evidence of smoking or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking will incur a charge of a minimum of AED 800.

本次入住的整體體驗令人失望。櫃檯及部分工作人員在服務態度與問題處理方式上，讓我們感到非常不舒服。

在住宿期間，我們多次感受到不友善與帶有防備心態的對待方式，甚至有被過度關注與監視的感受。當我們提出問題或需要協助時，得到的回應方式讓我們感到被質疑，而不是被尊重與支持。

我們曾向 IHG 客服反映此事，IHG 亦請飯店高層與我們聯繫。然而後續溝通並未真正解決問題，處理方式更多是強調飯店立場，而未實際回應我們的疑慮。

為避免讓旅程增加更多壓力，我們選擇在住宿期間不再繼續爭論此事。但遺憾的是，問題自始至終都未獲得妥善處理。

我們期望飯店能夠正視顧客服務態度與溝通方式，這樣的經驗並不符合我們對 IHG 品牌的期待

Perfect place to stay in Dubai
Pros:

Amazing staff, always ready to help and advise. Special thanks to the amazing breakfast staff, you should be happy to have such employees, the same can be said about the administration and the room cleaning staff. In one word - you are amazing. We will definitely recommend you to others and we will be happy to come back to you again.

The size of the room, the views, the location, valet parking complimentary, metro right at the door

Cons:

A bit noisy because of the constant traffic. It wasn't a problem for us because it became kind of a white noise, but it might be annoying for some people

Pros:

Great location, right next to the metro station which is just 1 stop away from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

Super spacious and clean room with Burj Khalifa view, facilities not too packed.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
